Not worth 2000 Rs !! No room service in our 2 nights 3 days stay, Rooms infested with bugs and ants. No housekeeping for the time we stayed. We had to get our complementary water from the reception ourselves. 1st day Breakfast was all we ate in the hotel and it was so pathetic that we decided to not have any more food there. Only Pro is the room size is big.

Terrible experience ever. Dirty rooms...poor lighting and foul smell in the bathroom. The rooms felt damp and stinky. Absolute disaster. Resort was totally under staffed. Only 2 guys at the reception who didn't knew their job well. We need a full refund as early as possible. Or else we will have to take a legal action

We took package (I.e 2 adults and two children ,includes 2 nights and 2 days ) which comprises of free breakfast, free lunch/dinner buffet coupons. What is Good: Ambience is Good breakfast was ok to have What is Bad: Everything else is pathetic 1. Rooms are not Clean/hygiene 2.service is not Good 3. Food quality is not Good , looks like they are storing the leftover in fridge and serving the same next day. 4. Swimming pool water is not cleaned regularly 5. hospitality was not good ( i dont recommend this hotel except for taking pictures ). First day after checkin, we went to have lunch around 1:30 PM. Since it is buffet we thought they will serve various of dishes. But, to our surprise all the vessels are empty. When we asked the incharge about why the buffet is not prepared yet. They said that they are not aware of the checkins, this is really irresponsible behaviour from them. they made us to wait for almost 3 hours to cook for us instead of buffet. There were around 4 children’s in our group and were starving till 4pm. Finally they gave us food around 4PM, instead of buffet they served us white rice, chicken gravy, dal, paneer masala. The resort people almost served us same menu( rice, chicken gravy, dal and paneer masala ) almost for all 2 days lunch/dinner buffet. And to our surprise they did not even served any starters items and desserts. Serving one or two items they are calling as buffet, literally they have changed the meaning of the buffet. And during our last day of checkout , we mentioned them to prepare the food by 1PM, as we need to board the train at 3:30PM. Again to our surprise even after 1PM the food was not ready, even though we informed them in advance. And they served the food which is leftover in previous day dinner. Since we were in hurry, we did not argue and left without eating much. Basically, they are taking advantage of customer situation and promoting packages with false promises.

We stayed for 3 nights in March 2023. The exterior of the hotel looks good upon arrival. Our check in was done quickly and we didn't have to wait. Now coming to the rooms- there is no lift in the buildings so we hade to climb the stairs. The property is not new and the rooms furniture and furnishings and the bathroom fittings were all old. The shower hardly worked. The mattress was squeaky. There was a medicine pill on the side table and a wrapper on the floor that hadn't been cleaned. Another important thing - the lights in the room are so very dim! If you want to read you can't because there's no tubelight, just very dim lamps. I found it extremely strange. One night I asked for a mosquito repellant and they said we don't have it. They promised to give it the next morning, but never did. The swimming pool and restaurant are a short walk away. That part of the property is beautiful. The food was delicious and the service was good. The pool is large and deep with a separate kids section. On the positive, it is only 550 meters from the Betalbatim Beach. Overall our stay at this hotel was just OK.

Had an excellent stay @Crystal by Morpho Goa Villagio Resort. Thanks to the entire staff for making our trip comfortable. All were polite and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Virender Singh for his hospitality.

We had a comfortable stay at this property. The hotel is good, nice big rooms. Neat and clean. The overall hygiene maintained at the property is excellent. Good service. Staff is helpful, they made our stay hassle free. Food is delicious, especially the breakfast with live dosa & omelette counter. The in room service is fast.

My stay at Goa villagio resort was made memorable by the great team work sprit and the pleasant attitude of staff and managers. The pool side breakfast was the most beautiful part of the morning. I thank all consult for making my stay beautiful. I will definitely come back in future. Wish all and every one happy new year.

The resort is really nice, we enjoyed our stay and had a lovely time. Friendly staff, good food and great ambience. Most importantly, the rooms are clean & tidy. Would love to visit again ......!

Thank you Morpho Goa Villagio for great hospitality and service. Room was neat and clean with all amenities. Breakfast was pretty good with live station for Omelette and Dosa. Staff was very cordial and helpful starting from check in to Restaurant. Would visit again, Special thanks to Virender and Sharad.

If a star marking in negative is possible . This hotel should be getting that .the behaviour of the reception staff ( Jayesh ) is even cheaper than the hotel rates . Extremely impolite and always playing on phone is what we found . And on calling for any minimum of help with sending across iron or asking for any other number , his behaviour and incompetence multifolds. Same is with the staff in restaurant . For simple tea , they will ask for 30 minutes and will say NO on face for stupid reason like laying out dinner . Food tastes more pathetic than their behaviour . If avoidable , please never visit this place . Old structures , old upholstery and age old stinking behaviour to top it up . Hope this helps many wondering to stay here or not .

We had an Amazon group event held in this venue. The hotel is really old and cannot be given even 2 star. The rooms were old, the food served was very bad. Practically nothing worked in that property. Breakfast is terrible, and lunch and dinner are served when they want them to be served. No timing is followed. Room service is not available - No telephones, no cleaning service or support. The Sales person Surubi over promised and the hotel Manager - Virendra Singh was doing a one *** show over there. Some of our guests stayed in Jasminn hotel and that hotel was definitely good in terms of stay and services provided. I will never suggest this hotel to anyone. For a 3 star - Jasminn hotel is much better to stay.

One of the best resort i have ever visited, everything was just Fantastic.. including food, accomodation. Staff was very friendly and supporting. Pool was also very neat and clean. Betalbatim beach is just 700 m away that adds more charm to this beautiful resort.

We got room for good price. The rooms are good and well maintained, Staff are very good and very cooperative. Rooms has AC, mini Fridge, Wardrobe with safe locker. They provide towel, shampoo and hair conditioner.

Great place to hangout with corporate & family too, had a pleasant experience, comfort room, amazing food & lovely ambiance.. beach is on walking distance and all surrounding is in greens. supportive restaurant staff, keep it up!
