très bien super séjour

Very clean, smart hotel, no negative comments whatsoever. The room, furnishings, linen etc., were just as they should have been and the breakfast was really good. On arrival the member of the team who checked us in was most helpful and professional. The hotel is no more than a 5 minute walk from the station where if you need it, there is an ATM machine. One minor observation is that there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room however hot water, coffee, cups etc., are available 24/7 in the cafe area on the ground floor. Good parking, a good nights sleep and really good value for money. We would stay again.

My son (24) and I (60s) each had our own room. We had reserved rooms in Lille which turned out to be quite a big city. We planned to visit Dunkirk and the Somme battlefields and Bethune was the perfect location. The rooms were clean, new, with AC. Very good breakfast and dinner options on the main floor. Parking available right on site. Grocery and other stores nearby. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would feel safe here as a single. No coffee in the room but easy to get on the main floor. Would stay here again!

Un très bon séjour de 2 nuits, client Platinum All. J’avais téléphoné pour réserver une chambre dans une certaine partie de l’hôtel ce que fit la réception . En plus ils avaient mis la climatisation en mode été (2 mai il faisait chaud dehors) ce qui nous a permis de dormir tranquillement au frais . Les autres hôtels AllAccor prenez en de la graine … La boisson d’accueil a été offerte aussi à l’accompagnant du porteur de la carte. Un geste commercial très apprécié. Les autres hôtels AllAccor prenez en de la graine Le parking (10€) est petit mais sécurisé et il y a 2 bornes de recharge pour voitures électriques à un bon prix. L’hôtel est neuf et tout fonctionne, la salle d’eau/wc est petite mais le reste est bien pensé (prises usb en tête de lit), seul défaut une lumière tête de lit posée beaucoup trop haut. Nous n’avons pas testé le petit déjeuné. Quand au restaurant, vu que ce n’est que du congelé / réchauffé sur place, nous n’y avons pas dîné. Nous reviendrons.

Situé à proximité de la gare et des bus, proche du centre ville, grand parking gratuit à proximité (mais attention aux horaires d'ouverture des portes ! ) Petit parking clôturé payant à l'arrière de la réception. Accueil sans grand enthousiasme mais professionnel et efficace. Chambre bien décorée, parfaitement isolée des bruits intérieurs et extérieurs avec tout le confort nécessaire pour une étape reposante. Parfaitement propre. Le petit-déjeuner est conforme aux standards de la marque, rapidement recomplété. Un petit coup sur les tables entre deux clients pour ne pas rester collé ? Une bonne étape à renouveler.

We got there on Wednesday to stay over night. On Wednesday they have an offer for ,,steak, salad and fries,,. The steak is mince beef, something like burger meat, extremely low quality, fries were not freshcooked, only the salad was great. Parking overnight 10€. Clean room, modern simplistic design.
