The distance to the town is a 5min drive away. This place is located in a quiet residential area with plenty of street parking available. Anna-Marie and Ray are very welcoming and make you feel relaxed. The bedroom and ensuite is very clean. You have a good choice when it comes to breakfast. My wife is a vegetarian whilst I had an American breakfast which was very tasty. We would have no hesitation to stay here again in the future.

We liked EVERYTHING! The reviews say it all. It really is a gem of a place Love coming to Bexhill and the hosts are so friendly, cosy bed, nice decor, good shower and great breakfast. Thanks for being great hosts

What an absolute gem of a place! Never have I seen such an extensive breakfast menu which lived up to expectations on eating our beautifully cooked choices. Every detail has been thought of by the owners, Ray and Annamarie who are incredibly welcoming, interesting hosts. If you want a top quality, quiet, very comfortable stay away from home, then book The Little Garth.

Stayed at The Little Garth whilst attending a concert in Bexhill. The owners, Annamarie and Ray were very welcoming and make fantastic hosts. The room was clean and well presented and even though it was at the front of the house, it was very quiet. The walk into Bexhill is straightforward and took about 30 to 40 minutes with not a great change in elevation. Breakfast was superb with a large selection to suit all tastes. Will definitely return.

Very comfortable stay, warmly welcomed by Anna-Maria and Ray. Rooms were very clean and well furnished. There was a wide choice of breakfasts and the full English kept us going all day. Excellent scones/ cakes to take with us for lunch were a great surprise. We would definitely stay again if back in the area.

My Wife and I stayed here at the weekend and were so happy with our stay. The bedroom and ensuite were spotless and the bed was very comfortable. We had a very tasty breakfast and our host Alex was so welcoming. I can very highly recommend the Little Garth.

A great stay here. Alex was very welcoming, tea and biscuits on arrival. The room was immaculate as well as the bathroom. A very comfy bed and everything we needed! The breakfast was perfect, very relaxing and delicious. Definitely recommend this place- thank you!

Lovely place and Alex was a fantastic host. He services the rooms every day. He does a variety of breakfasts including vegetarian options. He even did not sandwiches to go on last morning as I had to dash off to Parkrun. Room was spacious, comfy Bed. Tea and Coffee provided with TV. Good shower, only negative is hot tap in bathroom sink takes a while to warm up. Nice quiet location, town facilities are a short drive or fair walk away but you can't have it both ways can you!😊 Next time we're in South East we know where to go! Bexhill on Sea was a good base for going where we wanted.

Located in a quiet residential area, the Little Garth is perfect to get away from the crowds. The house is excellent, well presented, spacious and very clean. Alex the host, cooked excellent breakfasts, during my stay. Would recommend to any traveller
