The hotel is direct side by side with a gas station. Personally I'm not comfortable with the location.Room was clean and service is good.

We spent one night with family. Lunch was economically priced and breakfast was sumptuous. Only improvement area is staff training. Can surely recommend for a decent economical stay as the city has limited options. Note: There is only 1 deluxe king room on every floor.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Vibhav Parasher and Rehan Khan, who went out of their way to assist me. Their kindness and professionalism made me feel truly cared for. The room was comfortable, and the overall experience was warm and welcoming. I'm really grateful and would love to return.

The room and bathroom were clean and well presented. Room service and food was good and breakfast was well spread. Overall an excellent experience.

Poor house keeping and response there after. Cup kept for tea was chipped. No Shampoo in wash room container. Came to know only while taking bath. no bucket and no shower cap. if you take bath with shower, shower cap is needed.

We had booked 2 LuxTwin rooms in this hotel while transiting. Rooms and the property is good, but the staff and their attitude / conduct / training is very poor. Car parking is dirt parking and is dirty. We checked in at 1600hrs, and were given rooms on 2nd floor. Told us that rooms on higher floor were not ready (at 1600 hrs!!). They only gave us the keys. We had to ask if our meals were included. meal timings, restaurant location and wifi. Lack of training?? When we went to the rooms, there was a heap of used plates and stinking leftover food left at our door. It took 30 minutes to get it removed. There were no towels, condiments, toiletries or teacups in the room.(And the rooms were ready!!) Had to call them again and again to get the essentials. Next morning, we went for breakfast at 0715. It was ready but litter, trash and food waste from previous night was still lying on the floor. Guests were having breakfast in the same state of cleanliness. There were bones and used tissues, torn bills under our table. It was not cleaned till we left at 0800. Tap water was salty, not only hard and unfit for brushing. The technician said there was some problem with the system but reception told us it was normal. Basically, the hotel has untrained, inefficient and disgruntled staff.
