Property is not the same as shown in the pictures and the reception is in a saprate building and they want us to cross the road for the room

Different experience staying at other than 5 star hotel. A resort type property with lot of open space, trees & greenery give feeling of good vibes. Food is limited but good preparation. Staff & service is good but can be better. So just try to improve. A perfect destination near to gurugram for a day or two out, just an hour's distance. Only thing required is a facelift & renovation.

The pool is not all clean, lots of insects around pool and bees around the pool. The kid side pool is stinky and with bees. Too dangerous for kids. The pool side have kai, i see lots of people slip and fall over it. There was a play room for kids, without ac. In the room you need to insert the key card again and again to have electricity in the room. In night doing this activity was a nightmare. The elevate by treehouse is a different building with public access. Whenever you order water or another thing you have to wait 1-2 hour, because the staff priority is to serve main rooms in tree house. Don't book elevate by treehouse.

Elevate is in a mall they book in the name of tree house when you visit they charge extra money to accommodate in tree house

The room in which i stayed had it's ac not working. The tata sky tv subscription was expired and even afternoon requesting twice, no attempt we're made to recharge the tv subscription. Also, the night lamp's switch was faulty and i cudnt trun it off before falling asleep. So, ultimately i had to remove the bulb. Finally, during midnight's i made a request to get myself room changed. Don't everyone thinks of checking it in this hostel.

The stay was awesome. Staff is friendly and cooperative. Swimming pool is the best part of the property. Overall had a great time with family

It was again a fantastic stay..I visit here almost every year and the stay is always a memorable one..staff is really very helpful..rooms are clean and spacious..pool is quite big..they have a kid’s pool too with a slide…kide gaming zone..and sports area is also a must visit attractions…they can work on their food taste and menu..it can make the stay even more happier..now it is an average one..the person on the front desk is really cooperative..overall a very good experience

We were given room in next isolated building, it was across the road, 3rd floor of a deserted mall, for everything you have to come all the way to the main hotel, i had to come all the way to the main hotel, request a waiter to arrange for an extra chair, i promise i will never stay there again, food & drinks prices are over the roof, be well prepared
