The natural beauty of the inn was half of why we fell in love with this special place. Monkeys, lizards, sloths, birds, and beautiful exotic flowers and plants call Casa Tenorio their home and it truly felt like home to us. Jeffrey is the other reason we loved it and highly recommend the beautiful accommodations. He showed what pure Vida means. Forever grateful we stayed here! Breakfast was served with a beautiful front view row of the rain forest. The food is farm to table. We even got to take a tour of the farm. Please stay there-you won't be disappointed!

Our stay was safe, clean, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The included breakfast was a nice touch every morning. Bijagua was a pleasant surprise with the friendliness of its people and the consistently good food. Rio Celeste is only 20 minutes by road, and we were able to do a night hike to see Tapirs and frogs.

Fantastic little cabin, "Pura Vida". Wonderful location, nice breakfast. We saw a sloth, many types of birds, monkeys, and variegated squirrels, all on the property. The managers, Nana and Jeffery, were so kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there.

The location is beautiful, with so much to take in from all the wild life to the farm on site. Would highly recommend visiting. The hospitality was spot on. The breakfast was amazing, so fresh with all the farm to table vegetables and eggs. We also got to tour the farm where we Learned about sustainability with the property. Also had some great hike through there rain forest. We saw monkeys, sloths, and so many different birds.

In the nature in a real eco friendly and place
Very nice stay in the nature. Host are very kind. Breakfast is good enjoying a beautiful view on the forest with Tucans and other birds. Tucan villa is close to the road (not a main one) so can be a bit noisy in the evening. But we enjoyed our stay!

The friendliest staff! Breakfast was delicious! The grounds are lovely—we saw monkeys, sloths, toucans! Very close to town so easy to drive for food/supplies. Easy drive to Tenorio park. Our casita was cute and felt very private, great for any family

Heerlijke locatie op een farm. Wij hadden met z’n vieren het huis, met een huiskamer en 2 slaapkamers met iedere slaapkamer een eigen badkamer en wc. Er was ook een wasmachine. Dat was comfortabel. Nana en Jeffrey zijn hele gastvrije mensen. Nana heeft ons gelukkig geholpen met de tickets voor t Tenorio parc. We deden nog even de farmtour. Om 7 uur s ochtend. Het was niet heel bijzonder. Misschien wel voor kleine kinderen.

This place is cool. The unique, modern cabins feel luxurious. The owner/hosts are professional and kind, and are great at describing their approach to supporting sustainable rural tourism. The farm tour is neat and relevant. I will say that the breakfast was not as great as some other places, and that this was the most expensive mid-range place we stayed in Costa Rica (among 10 places).

We have a wonderful stay at Casitas! We had the Casita El Bosque, and enjoyed having a separate room for our son. The casita is beautiful, with forest all around. I was concerned about the fact there was no AC, but it was very comfortable at night, we never even needed a fan. Nana and Jeff are great hosts, and we loved meeting them. We enjoyed the farm tour, the small trail on site, watching monkeys, and many birds during breakfast, including toucans! We definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a local experience, away from the large hotels.
