I regularly sleep in hotels and no matter the price I always want 3 things. Wifi, airco and parking for free. I booked this hotel since I stared it has airco. Somehow they do not know the difference between airconditioning and central heating. What a waist of money. The room was so small you could not even open your suitecase on the floor. The shower was IN the room next to the bed. The toiletspace was so small you had to walk-in backwards. To get to the hotel, I had to leave my car in front of the gate since it wouldn't open. Had to go inside first, checkin with a machine to get my room and digital key and then with that digital key go back to the gate, type it in, get into my car and only then I could enter the premise. That all while the door next to the fence was missing...great security. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We spent two nights in this hotel and frankly excellent value for money 👌 The ladies at the reception are very friendly. The shower is excellent, with pressure, which is very nice. Perfect breakfast. And the cat who asks for cuddles is so cute. I recommend this hotel.

Hello, I booked and tried to cancel within 5 minutes. One person was outside and couldn't stay out in the cold. I tried to do something but no CB. So it's impossible to contact anyone. The room has never been occupied. No callback following this and no compensation, not even through booking customer service. The only feedback is a comment which will follow this one, since I clearly state my dissatisfaction.

Nice B&B with convenient free parking outside. It offers no-contact, do-it-yourself check-in, just enter your reservation number into the machine and it provides you with an access code and room number. Very small room, with very little space for suitcases, in our case 2. Clean with air conditioning. Comfortable bed, pillow a little less to my taste. The bathroom is small with a shower. On the ground floor there are coffee and snack machines. Check out at 12, but about 20 minutes before they came to knock on our door, but no problem, the girls were very nice in giving us 5 minutes. I don't give 5 full stars only because we could hear too many noises from the corridor, probably because the room with the bed almost at the door, I think it's normal. In any case, good. I advise.

I really do not recommend this hotel and will inform my company of the poor service that this hotel represents in order to no longer offer it on our platform. No staff if arrival after 9 p.m., key collection not easy at all because there are bugs in the machine... no code received to enter the hotel either... We had to wait for a person so... The number in case of problem does not necessarily answer... We were several people with problems getting our keys. That's for the beginning... Then arrival in a room without light in the toilet, shower and sink in the room... small single beds... Air conditioning that doesn't work. No shower gel in the shower (empty)... Only one towel... no hair towel... no phone in the room to contact someone at reception. And simple breakfast... which may be enough if you're just looking for something to eat in the morning... But it's a 2 star so for this last comment it seems consistent. In any case, last time for me and my colleagues...

Hotel located in the hills of Nice, about 20 minutes from the centre. Clean structure in the common areas. Automatic check-in 24 hours a day. Clean rooms but very small. The sink is located right next to the bed, while the toilet is in a very small room with no window (sitting on the toilet made it almost difficult to close the door). Not suitable for claustrophobics. Pet friendly, snack and drink dispensers in the hall, free parking in front. Very minimal breakfast, nothing savory, very little choice in dessert (only two brioche alternatives). Overall I don't recommend it, at most for 1 night passage.
