We booked 2 nights for our anniversary, checked in ,got to our room no problems, decided to go try out the hot tub, water temp was nit very warm and after being in it a few minutes we noticed the side walls had a nasty scum on them so we got out and returned to our room. The pillows on our bed were so soft it felt like you didn't have a pillow under your head. There were people yelling in the hallway and slamming doors after midnight both nights. Definitely will not be staying there again!!!!

For 190 dollars this was by far the worst room I've ever stayed in. From molding coming off the front door to rips in the couch to the bathroom sink not draining properly to many other issues. Definitely not somewhere I'll ever stay again.

Do not stay here. There was a smell of natural gas as we entered the building, and it was also present in the lobby. The front desk staff was friendly and check-in was easy, but that's the only positive thing I could say about the place. Our room had a horrible musty smell. Nothing matched, which gave the room a totally unkempt look. The bathroom door had been randomly painted purple for some reason. We had decided we would be okay, it was only one night of our lives, but then my daughter-in-law turned down the bed and was lying down when she jumped up, having seen a bug out of the corner of her eye. It was a bedbug, and he had friends. We spotted two grown bugs and a nymph before quickly grabbing our belongings, which had thankfully not been on the bed or floor, and left the room. We were given a refund immediately, but then had to spend an hour trying to locate and drive to another hotel as all of the ones in the area were full. Horrible experience.

We had 3 rooms. One room had bedbugs, we should have left. Another room my daughter rejected because it was dirty smelly. My room the door seal was so bad you could see thru it, the lock wasnt totally functional, the screens were worn out and had holes, the window sill were filthy, the carpet everywhere was dirty, and the toilet could be moved off its base. Terrible place

the floors are so dirty you have to wear shoes the entire time you walk around . The hot tub is closed . The hallway carpet are also dirty. the furniture is dirty. the in room coffee pot was broken. the elevator looks like there’s squished bugs that never got cleaned out. our room didn’t get maid cleaned. there’s remodeling next to our room where half the hallway is half plastic taped off with banging all day. hair came up in the sink the 1st time we used it to brush our teeth

Nice well stocked breakfast buffet both days we stayed. Clean well maintained hotel. . Nice neat room. Limited TV channels. Beds were comfortable except the pillows were small. Next time I’ll bring my own pillow.

I highly recommend NOT staying here until they finish the remodel. The front desk staff was very nice and you could tell she was doing the best with what she had to work with at the time. First off is smells like gas inside the whole time especially in the lobby area. The construction is very much disruptive to the guest (they were literately in the way) all throughout the hallways and in the breakfast area. My comforter looked like they wash it and left it in a clothes basket for days and decided to put it on the bed. There were some stains on the curtains that looked like blood. There were stains on the ceilings. It is VERY outdated and some parts were crumbling along the walls. My party got two rooms in one room if you sat on the bottom edge of the bed the mattress literately popped up off the box spring. The continental breakfast looked sickly and cold. I wouldn't dare try it because the whole hotel felt unclean. The pool had kids in it way past the time they were not supposed to be in there with no adults supervising. The barrel burning outside next to it was giving toxic as hell!! This isn't cute and should be removed immediately!!!

This hotel is far below par. A total waste of our points. I wish I had read the reviews before booking. The worst anniversary my wife and I have had in 53 years. Starting with the lobby, the odor was so strong that it caused a flare up of my emphysema. Then we were told that the whirlpool was non functioning (great), got to the 3rd floor and there was construction going on with a strong paint odor and dust everywhere (another irritant to my lungs) Upon entering the room the door was cocked because of a hinge coming loose at the top, the blackout curtains were pretty much shredded, the toilet rocked on the floor and the seat was loose. They put an oval seat on a round toilet to top it off, there was no tub, just a walk in shower that looked like it has been installed by an amateur. The remote control for the LG tv was generic and you couldn't use any of the TV functions, and there were no external buttons on the TV. The breakfast on Tuesday consisted of watered down eggs and heat and serve sausages, on Wednesday it was more watered down eggs and biscuits and gravy, no breakfast meat. The only upside was the night manager on Monday that literally came to our room with a replacement remote. , she was very kind and accommodating.

This place felt more like the Bates Motel meets a trap house, not a Radisson-branded hotel. Room Conditions? Horrifying. Stained comforter, dirty toilet, wrinkled “clean” bedding that looked like it was dragged out of a storage bin. I requested replacements — never got them. Ended up with a single blanket for the night. Amenities? Barely Functional. Most outlets didn’t work — couldn’t charge my devices. The toilet? Not even properly cleaned. The entire room seemed untouched by housekeeping. Locked Out at Midnight. After a long day at the water park, my key didn’t work — not once, not twice, but THREE times. Even their master key failed. My 4-year-old and I were stuck outside the room for over 30 minutes before we finally got in… and chose to pack up and leave at midnight. This was supposed to be a restful family getaway.
