Hotel facilities were basic, but I knew that when I booked. Location was ideal for what I needed, and the staff were very friendly. I booked for 12 nights, and I found it a little frustrating that I had to request towels to be changed, as they make it clear rooms are not serviced every day for longer term stays. Would have also liked a internatiol razor power point like most hotels have around the world. But I understand this is an English Health and Safety ruling.
Staff were always friendly and helpful.

Receptionist was lovely & friendly. Bed was comfortable. Good shower. Food was awful, breakfast and dinner not good quality food and not very warm. Most of the staff looked very dour and didn’t look happy to be there. Bedroom needed a good clean, skirting boards thick with dust, carpet needed a hoover.

Cleanliness of the hotel was good. People working there was friendly, however meal wise not very good. Twice I asked for steak only and got given mixed grill. Also ordered cheesy nachos with Chipotle chilli con carne starter. It arrived 40 minutes later with the chilli cold. I then walked out

This hotel is well situated in Birkenhead right by the tunnel. There is the option of on street parking, which is free overnight and my car was perfectly safe. The staff were very pleasant and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was good quality as well. It's close to Birkenhead bus and train stations as well for quick transport into Liverpool.

I stayed at this hotel a number of times over a few months. The staff makes this place, they are so friendly and will go above and beyond for you, particularly Julie, Steve and Staci. The rooms and beds as you would expect from a Premier Inn are really nice and comfy.

Honestly one of the best hotels we have been to. The food was amazing and the staff are incredible. We were checked in with Staci, she is such a bright and beautiful soul, and would help out with anything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed at the Premier Inn overnight and stay was faultless. Special praise for the staff at breakfast and particularly Helen who worked like a Trojan and with a constant smile on her face and excellent customer service, a real credit to Premier Inn and the hospitality industry as a whole!

The Premier Inn, Birkenhead Team were very welcoming and helpful! Caitlyn provided great customer service at dinner and Luke provided a great customer service the following morning at breakfast. Luke also kindly posted an item back to me that I had left in my room prior to travelling back to London from Birkenhead. This is very much appreciated. I have now stayed at this Premier Inn many times now on business over the years and the Premier Inn team as a whole here have been very accommodating during every stay.

Great hotel and very easy to get over to Liverpool. Amazing friendly staff. Easy parking. Really enjoyed our stay for a couple of days visiting relatives over the river. The ferry wasn't working but it's only one stop on the underground just down the road. We walked a little further and got the boat a bit further away.
