GGuest UserThe room is small, and it was still small after upgrading for an additional fee. The front desk was very helpful, and it was convenient to go out. The downstairs is connected to the mall. The SPA environment is poor, the SPA service attitude is not good, and the quality of the massage oil is not good. Because of the poor service attitude and the poor massage oil, I didn't expect it and didn't want to spend money to suffer. The Japanese dining environment is good, mainly because we booked a tatami seat, and the rigid consumption is about 450 US dollars. The three of us ate for one night and only ate about 300 US dollars. No matter what, we couldn't afford 450 US dollars. As a result, when paying the bill, we had to pay 450 US dollars, and then we were allowed to take it away. This is the first time I have encountered such a ”hard” management method of an international five-star hotel. It's just one seat, and the business is average. There are not many people. We didn't sit in that seat, so it was probably empty.

LludwigvmellyDecided to book the same hotel for our return leg after trekking in Karakol. First stay at Novotel was excellent (see my other review) but the second stay was horrible. Check in time was 3pm so we went out for lunch and got back at 3.20pm only to be told that one of the two rooms was not available. Reception staff, Zania, was rude and unapologetic and didn't even bothered to provide an estimated time. Another receptionist told us it would be about 30 mins and they would send the keys to the room. We went into the room and at 4.15pm we called the reception desk and they told us they will deliver the key in 5 mins. 10 mins have passed before the key was delivered. 5-star hotel with poor time management and bad service - no follow up on room key. Other areas were good though EXCEPT front desk staff. Staff at massage/pool were polite, so were the restaurant staff. Please educate your front desk staff especially Ms Zania, as they are the first line of service.

NNidieIt’s very good. I recommend it to friends who are staying in Bishkek for a few days. It only takes ten minutes to take a taxi to the city. The environment is not bad, it’s high-quality, the accommodation is very comfortable, and there’s breakfast, which is great.

GGuest UserVery clean comfortable and conveniently located with good public transportation, very close to the Osh Bazaar and just 500 mtrs to the western Bus station for booking Bus ticket and traveling to Almaty. Helpful staff, good WiFi, drinking water, a kitchen to heat food, tea and coffee is also provided, breakfast is available but we didn't have it. Overall we were very much satisfied with the hotel. It was easy to locate.

AAndrii KovalchukA good relatively new hotel in the center. The room is spacious, has everything you need. Comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet. You can walk everywhere. The staff quickly responds to requests.
20 minutes walk to the Central Department Store, central locations. There are many shops, cafes, supermarkets nearby. There is a restaurant with a view on the top floor.
Breakfasts are a bit meager, but there is plenty to choose from.

GGuest UserThe location was convenient for sightseeing, with a supermarket within walking distance and a restaurant on the same premises, right in front of the bus terminal from Almaty, Kazakhstan.
The showers were shared, and many guests stayed up late drinking, but overall it was no problem. The common areas were ample, and the staff were friendly.

SShierocksThis hotel is newly built near Osh Bazaar. The staff Rustam, Risbek, Amantof (forgive me, im not sure of the spelling of their names) assisted us very well during our 5 nights stay. All of their staff can speak English. The rooms are big, they also have lifts which is convenient for guests with heavy luggage. They have own parking too. Their breakfast is good.
Thankful that we have stayed here in this hotel.

GGuest UserReception staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a very clean hotel and the bathroom that I had was extremely clean. Great, comfortable bed. The breakfast was fine, not that many options on a Sunday, but Monday had plenty more options. The location was good, if you like walking, then you can walk to a lot of the attractions from the hotel. Navat restaurant is close and there is is a café next to it - this was great! In sum, an excellent hotel for 2/3 nights in Bishkek.

KKhaira EsmaliThe location is a bit far from the city center, hotel is a bit old but room is okay and the staff, they are so good and friendly, service is good but the room is not sound proof, heard someone doing some silly things from the room next to mine.
