Hotel Avano - Pleasure Beach

Never again bye hate this place why it this open I don't really know it shocked and dirty hole they should be lock up how this allowed thank God i gone home never booked this dump hole again eeeeeee bye bye bye bye bye bye bye bye bye never again love

The pillow which you only get one is wafer thin. The bed was so uncomfortable, dirty windows, mouldy shower, no towels, no soap, a loo roll if you’re lucky. Looks derelict from the outside, needs updating asap, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I feel sorry for the staff, to have to greet guests, it’s embarrassing. Look elsewhere to not be disappointed.

It was a excellent stay and I would come back and the management was so polite and value for money and also it was close to the beach and the Pleasure Beach and also it's got a bar and pool tables and the big enough seating area in there as well it's a thumbs up from me

Me and my partner stayed at the Avano whilst awaiting to move into our flat in Blackpool , we stayed here for 3 weeks and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The manager was so friendly and helpful and gave us everything we needed toilet rolls, towels, clean bedding and top up for teas and coffees when needed. The room was very clean and bedding always smelled fresh

The pleace is the worse place iv ever been. Me my partner 3 girls and son. Girls 4, 5 and 8. Son 13 Son and 4 yo have autism. Holes in the floor. Durt on the beding.(unknown stains) Bunk beds poorly put together. Windows rusted open. No heating. Mould in shower. Mould in windows. Holes in walls. Stains on curtains. Exposed pipping. Steps missing from bunk beds All furniture falling apart. Damp and mouldy walls in rooms with wallpaper peeling because of this. Room advertised and booked was not the room that we were put into. When asked Manager said this was due to flooding but also said room had been out of use from beginning of season, so the room advertised would have never been avaliable in the first place and shouldn't have been avaliable to book. No attempt made from booking to contact us to say we wouldn't be staying in that room and would be different room. When asked to talk to boss he refused get on phone when Manager hand me phone he hung up. Manger screamed and me and my partner. Told us to get our bags and get out. Had to go macdonals in the rain with our bags find another hotel.

Absolutely diabolical this building shouldn't be open the whole hotel looks derelict the ceiling falling down the room wasn't any better a massive hole under the light switch my 7 year old could of got his hand in shower leaked all over walls definitely needed a fresh lick of paint and worse of all BED BUGS me and both my kids woke up with bites all over us over my face all around my son's cheek and shoulder all up my daughter's legs checked the beds and there they were bed bugs all over it's just horrendous originally booked for 4 nights only made the 2 nights that's how bad it was luckily I had very good friends in the area that could put us up the last couple of nights stay away from this hotel definitely a zero from me
