Decent room for what it needs to be tea and coffee facilities in the room stocked, can’t fault hotel management absolutely brilliant service. Good for a cheap weekend break by the sea, view from room was lovely

Absolutely rubbish

Service was good. Very helpful staff at the front desk. However I had booked 2 twin rooms since we were travelling with a friend but ended up getting a family room with 2 doubles and 1 single so 2 people had to share a bed.

The room was very basic, certainly not a superior room, that I had booked! Also nothing like the pictures on the site !!! The rooms were not that clean, the carpet was filthy !!! This hotel in not suitable for people in wheelchairs, as the lift is far to small and the corridors are very tight.

Well it was a bed for the night Dirty stained carpet Curtains closed due to hiding windows covered in pigeon **** Worken up to the kitchen extraction unit kicking in early morning which was right outside the window

Basic but clean, also very large family room. Downside is only one tv in one room, no tv in other room. Also very warm, so a fan would be good! Also need to get the button on the lift sorted, you need to press it ex amount of times before it works! Staff are please t and helpful. I would stay here again.

Good experience. First time going to Blackpool. Nice and clean hotel. Quiet hotel, big room and comfortable. Just we stay few nights but we like and enjoyed. Near to the beach and access for all transport, public bars, restaurants, and other places. Tram accessible in front of the hotel. Nice view. Sunrise and sunset ☺️😉

We found the hotel to be very comfortable x very clean , Will definitely stay there again , x would recommend it to my friends . We didnt have breakfast ,as we had arranged to meet friends for breakfast in St Anne's.

Beds were comfy, rooms were clean and provided towels, tea,coffee,sugar cups too Great price for what was a nice quiet hotel situated in the south if you prefer quiet nights, we got the tram down to the north part which stopped right outside hotel, Choice of breakfasts from full English to cereals, tea etc,only problem was we got asked what time we would like breakfast when we checked in fir our weekend stay but wasn't given a menu which we didn't know what was available in restaurant until we went down in morningwe did tell them we didn't want the full English the following morning just toast which wasn't mentioned to the chef, but lucky he hadn't started it wen we went down, maybe suggest they do a list on night where we can say what we would like in morning, but overall nice hotel for the price we paid

This is the worst hotel I have booked didn't even stay in the room longer than 20 minutes shower was mouldy,cracks up the wall,stains on the wall,rugs were disgusting on a whole the whole room wasn't clean enough to sleep in. Manager said he had no other rooms to move us to but told trip.com a different story.

Clearly using another hotels photos! Absolute disgrace, had to go elsewhere. Receptionist was aggressive too, not clean, not friendly and very intimidating staff.

Was given incorrect room, booked 2 double beds and got 1 small double and 2 singles. WIFI does not work and no phone signal. Water pressure from shower was awful and it was either to hot or to cold. Also was dirty with hairs. The radiator in the room made an awful noise which was rattling all night long. Beds are like sleeping on concrete. No one is ar reception from 22:00 and in the morning when giving my key card back no one was at reception to complain. Would not return or recommend this hotel to anyone

性價比不錯，這個價錢可以去住一晚。地理位置也不錯，附近有超級市場，如果想外出，揸車幾分鐘也可以買到所需物品，只是通風不太好。

Nice clean hotel decent size rooms would definitely recommend
