Отличный отель !!! Чисто , уютно , очень доброжелательный персонал. Большое спасибо что есть такой отель , мы приезжаем обычно с собакой породы шпиц , и всегда нас принимают. Это огромный плюс для семей которые всегда с животным путешествуют.

水質太差了都是黃水但是酒店走廊有礦泉水。洗澡水會突然變冷，可以寄存行李。但是要提前訂，當場定攜程會直接漲價，這點很差。

房間非常乾淨整潔，地點好，就在列寧大街上，前台小姐姐很漂亮。附近就有便宜的本地超市，真是太超值了。不過有人説他家沒完沒了裝修，確實是在裝修，過於在意這個問題的小夥伴就要三思了。

設施：住過最垃圾的酒店，沒有之一
衞生：衞生稀爛，頭鐵的入住吧！
環境：沒有隔音哦，晚上門哐哐響祝你睡一個好覺
服務：不拿正眼瞧你！
酒店還在裝修，昨天入住白天隔壁還在用電轉打牆！白天休息不了！房間也是剛裝修完，進屋一股子裝修完的味道，喜歡聞甲醛的可以沖！

前台小姐姐十分耐心，我們衹會用翻譯器，她也不會英語，所以我們相當於雞同鴨講，但是她還是幫助我們解決問題，告訴我們去哪裡辦理手機卡，非常感謝她🥰房間裏面有冰箱，建議睡覺時拔掉，因為它會產生味道和聲音，臨走前記得插回去，礦泉水在冰箱裏，一瓶70盧布。推薦圖1、2的餐廳我忘記拍照定位位置了，走路2公里左右能到，超級便宜好吃，都是本地人去吃的，吃完記得收拾“殘局”！另外，去餐廳吃飯建議給小費😊（5%）從黑河口岸打車到這裏150盧布
