Brooklinn Mill is a superb place to spend a holiday. The building is the former store building of a converted 19th Century jute mill, packed with original features and real character. The Loft occupies the top floor of the store building of a former jute mill. It is a totally self-contained apartment which is accessed by an outside staircase. It has sloped ceilings with roof windows to make the most of the breathtaking views across the rivers, tree-tops and to the hills beyond. The Loft has an open-plan living, dining and kitchen space to create a light and airy home. There is one bedroom with a king-size bed, and a beautiful bathroom with underfloor heating and a double- ended bath. There are stunning views of the weir at Brooklinn Mill and the river Ericht. There are two small utility/ store rooms one of which also houses the washing machine.Brooklinn Mill is about 1 mile from Blairgowrie which has good amenities such as shops, cafes and restaurants. But Brooklinn Mill's quiet waterside location means you can feel like you're right in the countryside.
