Hotel Blaumar ★★★★

"⭐ 1/5 – The most hostile hotel experience we have ever had in Spain This was, without question, the worst hotel experience we have ever had in Spain. The hotel is old, dated and poorly maintained. The rooms were dirty and had a persistent damp, musty smell. The humidity inside was so intense that it triggered allergy symptoms, making the room genuinely uncomfortable to stay in. Housekeeping was extremely disappointing — during our stay, our beds were made only once. There is no refrigerator in the room, and even water comes at an extra cost. These may seem like small details individually, but together they perfectly describe the atmosphere of this hotel: instead of feeling welcomed and cared for, you feel as though everything is designed to make your stay less comfortable. The entire place feels hostile rather than hospitable. The one thing we genuinely enjoyed was the food, which was very good. Unfortunately, that positive aspect was completely overshadowed by what happened in the restaurant. The restaurant manager's behavior was absolutely unacceptable. After I told him that I intended to file an official complaint regarding the way we had been treated, he told me that if I filed the complaint, I would not be allowed to have dinner that evening. I was subsequently made to leave the restaurant together with my children and our friends. One of my children became frightened by the situation and later that night became sick and vomited. No family should have to experience something like this while on holiday. When I requested the official complaint form, I was initially given only an informal hotel form instead. Dirty rooms, dampness, inadequate housekeeping and a complete lack of basic comfort would already have been enough for a negative review. But the way we were treated — especially after simply stating that I wanted to exercise my right to make a complaint — turned a disappointing stay into an upsetting, humiliating and completely unacceptable experience. A hotel is supposed to make its guests feel welcome. This place made us feel exactly the opposite. Never again."

Hotel Stella Maris ★★★

"Good value apartments. On the beach front with everything you need on your doorstep. Second time staying here. Not enough loungers at the pool but the beach is across the road. Cleaned every other day and reception staff friendly and welcoming. There is a laundrette attached if you wanted to use it and a nice bar at the entrance."

Casa Indiana Hotel Boutique ★★★★

"This was a terrible experience, mainly due to the rude attitude of the hotel front desk staff. I don't know if it was the platform's fault or the hotel's fault, but I booked a room with a 1.8m king-size bed, only to find a 1.5m bed. The hotel is above a coffee shop, and the coffee shop staff checked us in without saying anything, just handing us two envelopes. Later we realized the reception was on the second floor and had already closed... When I asked about parking, the coffee shop staff naturally knew nothing. The Ctrip listing for hotel parking didn't actually include any; it was just public parking in the Saba area at a discounted rate... The next day, I went to the reception, where an older woman was working. I pointed to the 1.8m number from Ctrip, but she didn't even look at it, just said she didn't understand Chinese. I said that number wasn't in Chinese, and she became sarcastic, asking if I understood Catalan. I said no, and she said she didn't understand Chinese either... Couldn't she just speak properly? And she was just using numbers to tell me the booking didn't match the actual room, who was she trying to impress? I just want to understand whether it's the platform or the hotel's problem. They had a sour attitude, absolutely no service, and didn't consider the guests' perspective at all. The rooms were tiny, and they didn't even offer a bottle of water! It doesn't deserve four stars at all!!! In short, negative points… Don't stay here!"
