Want privacy, enjoy the back deck surrounded by privacy fencing. Love flowers and nature, well the garden beds are plentiful with perennials. We look forward to hosting you for your next trip to Bloomington and the IU Campus. Conveniently located just a short two-block walk from Bryan Park, and within easy reach of Indiana University, Hillside & Henderson amenities, and the scenic B-line trail, this home offers unbeatable accessibility. In the property, you will discover three bedrooms furnished with cozy mattresses and freshly laundered linens to ensure a comfortable stay. Our dedication to thoroughness and cleanliness ensures a worry-free experience, reflected in every detail of your accommodation. Both bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and fresh towels. For a serene night's rest, choose between two rooms furnished with queen-sized beds and one room featuring two twin beds. One bathroom is outside two rooms, and one bathroom is in the master. The kitchen is fully equipped for culinary endeavors, boasting ample utensils, plates, glasses, cookware, bakeware, along with cooking oils and basic condiments. Should you require anything specific, kindly let us know before your stay! Feel free to bring your favorite laundry supplies to wash your clothing before packing to leave. Step outside to a delightful deck in the backyard, complete with a grill for any barbecue enthusiast to create a delightful dinner. Please note that deck furniture is stored during winter. In the living area, a smart TV offers live TV, Netflix, and Hulu access, allowing guests to log into their preferred streaming platforms. Check-in is hassle-free with your individual lock code granting access after 3 PM. Upon check-out at 10 AM, leaving used beds unmade and towels hung up is appreciated.
