Looking for a fun filled vacation but want to come back to peace & quite?...This is the place! The barn is situated on 27 beautiful rolling acres. Come and sit on the large porch and enjoy views of the Bluff Mountain and The Chillhowhee Mountain range. (the Foothills of the Smokies.) Occasionally, you can enjoy watching our local herd of deer as they play in the field. First of all, I love my guests. I will do everything I possibly can to make your experience comfortable and memorable. I have many repeat guests that are like family to me. That being said...I will give you total privacy unless you are interested in meeting. Our barn, with a single condo, provides privacy for the two of you. You do not share the barn with anyone else.....Two adults only, **** Policy: No children, No pets, NO EVENTS, (We are not licensed for weddings...no exceptions!) **** TWO NIGHT MINIMUM STAY ON WEEKENDS The barn is yours to enjoy and you may come and go as you please but I am usually close by if you need anything. There are so many things to do here.....that is why many of our guests come back time after time. Our farm is located 15 - 20 min. from Maryville, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, & Townsend. You can enjoy downtown Knoxville in 15 - 20 minutes. The University of Tennessee is located 15 miles from here also. The Great Smoky Mountain National Park is an easy drive and is the most visited National Park in the Nation. (There are hiking books, etc. in the barn) Not a hiker? There are so may beautiful drives here. The new extension of Foothills Parkway is absolutely breathtaking. All of this is close by, including Dollywood, etc. The Biltmore Estate, in Asheville, NC is an easy day trip. About 2 hours away. Have any questions?
