This is a "Family Friendly" House. Great for socializing. There have been far too many 'multi-generational' parties and celebrations here to count. The HOUSE features: - UPPER (Main) Floor has Three Bedrooms, Two Baths and a bonus Sun Room we call the 'lady cave' that has a reading chair and futon couch. - LOWER (Ground) Floor is a separate Studio apartment with its own private entrance and is complete with full kitchen and full bath. We have it set up 'man cave' style with two TV's, a pool table and hide-a-bed. - Panoramic, almost 180 degree views from the main level. You can see from Point Reyes in the South all the way through Bodega Bay, Doran Beach and Bodega Harbor to the North. - Easy five (5) minute stroll to Doran Beach. You arrive at Doran Beach on the South end where to the left are the rocks and tide pools (at low tide) and to the right the full two miles of the beach. - Full Southern exposure in the living room, dining area, kitchen, and Master bedroom. - Large rear deck with seven (7) person hot tub, patio table and gas bar-b-que. - Private rear yard behind the deck - we believe that is one of only two in the entire subdivision. Great for a little quiet time or for those of you traveling with dogs. Our GOLF COURSE SUBDIVISION neighborhood features: - Public golf course. Bring your clubs and play the course known lovingly as 'The poor man's Pebble Beach.' But call ahead and try to get a morning tee time so you don't get caught trying to play in the afternoon winds. - Public restaurant and bar called the 'Bluewater Bistro.' Just a short walk withing the subdivision from our place. The views are great, especially from the bar. - Public playground for the little ones. Next door to the bar and restaurant. - Easy walk from our house to the beach. About 5 minutes. The house was built in the early 1970's and we love that vibe as well as the family friendly vibe mentioned above. BODEGA Bay Views Celebrating my mother's 85th birthday. It was a great location to dine and gather. Hikes, soaks, cards, rest and lots of cooking! Wonderful beach walks and oyster roast! We did a Hawaiian Luau night and had fun. More trash bags, cleaning supplies and a house guide sheet for garbage removal would have been helpful.

Post Yosemite wedding relaxication The location of this property in the bodega Bay Area is awesome. The property could use a good spring cleaning and a facelift on decks, fences and gates. Could also use some silicone on sliding door runners. We would definitely recommend this property if the stated updates were done.

Great Spot! Perfect location and a great house for a weekend with friends or family. Quick to get to the beach and town, but also a nice place to just hang.

Ocean View Yes, the ocean view was fantastic. Several steep stairs to get into the house. There wasn't a home guide at the house and we had to reach out to the owner to get the guide send electronically. We enjoyed the hot tub. That said, not sure how the house could sleep 12; there are only three bedrooms - a pull out couch in the sunroom and the man cave should not be considered bedrooms. While some aspects of the house are being updated; other areas are in need of repair/updating (the ice maker; kitchen cabinets; outside deck; front deck chairs). Despite this, we had a wonderful time being together.

Nice Getaway! We enjoyed our stay. The ocean views were gorgeous. It was fun to walk to the nearby bar for a cocktail. Kids had fun with the arcade game. There was enough space in the living room and kitchen for everyone to gather.We would stay here again.

Golf Birthday Celebration We had a wonderful time at the house. The owners communicated with us and made the stay perfect! The Man Cave was the perfect hangout! The location was amazing!

Great family location The house was spacious and welcoming. There was plenty to do for all ages. Gaines, pool table, hot tub. Plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed our time.
