"1. There is no fridge and the so called Cool Bar was not cold hence the anniversary cake that we meant to keep are not able to keep in the fridge”Cool Bar”. We have to reluctantly to put the cake - requested them to put at hotel kitchen fridge. Which we requested back from 9.50am 16th Nov prior to checked out- but they took the cake out to us at 11.50 (1 HOUR of a wait) and when the cake arrived to our room, it was not at a cold condition. 2. When we arrrived at 17:36 to check in on the 15th Nov, which we only have 1 night to spend at Luminor, when we checked in the receptionist was empty. No one attended and was diverted to check in at Concierge and the concierge checked us in with telling us that he was not able to issue us our Executive room at 1002 because there was a fown with internet unable to issue us our keys. 3. After 2 hrs at 17:40 they came up to our room to issue us the card, but the internet was still down - unable to access Netflix nor any internet. While the signal from phone internet was only 1 bar, at the hotel. 4. We complained and they say that they have an internet problem and have 25 guests that checked in and also having the same problem. My question is that how come they do not have any back up solution for a busy weekends checked in. Their response is not satisfactory saying that they are only a 4 star hotel and they can only hope internet gets back on track that night. For a customer who choose to spend their 1st wedding anniversary and paid premium for the room hotel as shown at Trip.com is such a big disappointment. 5. They do not have free water at all which they provide 2 bottles of 1.5mls of water and charged us 15rb per bottle. This is very super disappointing at their service and what they provide since the room is an Executive with Mount View scene, yet they are not able to provide any free water for customer staying at an Executive room."

"For the first time staycation disini. Awal check in sekitar jam 3 tanpa deposit, book non smoke tp adanya smoking , kalau non smoke harus nunggu lagi 30 menit dan semuanya readynya connecting door. Kamarnya lumayan bersih dan amenitiesnya lengkap. Fasilitasnya cukup lengkap dan kids friendly. Bf untuk hotel bintang 4 sorry to say biasa aja, menu dari tiap pilihan kaya western, tradisional, dessert sedikit. Coba nasi goreng juga sudah tidak fresh, seperti sudah dimasak dari malam. Setelah bf mau balik ke kamar boom, ternyata ada acara lomba di lt 16 untuk ratusan peserta dari luar, alhasil ngantri lift lamaaaa bangett harus ngantri sama peserta acara. Sampe bbrp kali nyoba masuk gabisa karna over. Ga sampe situ aja, pas dari kamar mau co ke fo, kayanya bubaran acara juga atau masih rame untuk acara, alhasil nunggu di depan lift udah sekitar 25 menit selalu FULL dari atas yg mau ke ground floor dan lift yang bisa di pencet/akses CUMA SATU lainnya GABISA. Saking lamanya akhirnya coba cari lift untuk hk/service akhirnya pake LIFT KARYAWAN, dan itupun gabisa lgsg ke lt G, harus ke basement/lt 1 trus turun TANGGA. mau co aja berasa abis nge gym karna udah keringetan NUNGGU LIFT, NAIK LIFT KARYAWAN dan TURUN TANGGA trs jalan lumayan ke reseptionist depan. Please untuk manajemen/sales hotel kalau mau ada acara, dari semua segi diperhatikan mulai dari tmpt, akses, jam acara, kapasitas tamu hotel dan lainnya. Karna di lift setelah acara pun tamu hotel banyak yang complain ke engineer yang ada didalem lift, masnya cuma bisa minta maaf dan menjalankan tugasnya tapi sayang didepan lift gaada dari pihak hotel yang mengatur penggunaan lift yang berimbas pada tamu hotel. Semoga kedepannya lebih baik lagi, just want to share my experience. Thank you."

"Had a great stay at Bigland Hotel Bogor during my trip. The room was clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was nice, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Location was also convenient, which made everything easier during my visit. One thing I really love about this hotel is they serve Starbucks coffee right from the room. As a coffee lover, being able to enjoy it anytime without needing to go out is such a nice touch. Honestly, this is one of the main reasons why I keep coming back here every time I visit Bogor. Overall, really enjoyed the experience and would definitely stay here again."

"Great hotel in front of th Botanical Garden. You can easily walk there and enjoy the fresh air. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The breakfast spread was surprisingly good. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bogor."
