This hotel is in a good and safe location, close to great restaurants and bars, as well as the National Museum. The historical downtown isn’t far either, making it a convenient base for exploring the city.
The rooms are spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The staff are friendly, speak English, and are always ready to help. The only downside was the bathroom door, which didn’t fully close, leading to water splashing outside. Other than that, everything was excellent.
Another bonus is the Georgian restaurant right next to the hotel. The food there is incredibly authentic and delicious - highly recommend it if you’re looking for something different!
Long established downtown hotel (not to be confused with its namesake the Tequendama hotel - one block away). The location is convenient for accessing public transport and the airport - although it can at first feel a little intimidating particularly at night when the area is much quieter and there are not so many options for eating. The hotel itself offers spacious suite style rooms which although a little dated are well maintained and kept very clean. I also was not aware of any noise from other guests. The WiFi was a bit patchy, and the hot water could take a while to work through (possibly because I was on a higher floor).
Breakfast was substantial with a number of local dishes, which for me were a little heavy - so perhaps more lighter options could be considered. I didn't use either the gym or spa so can't comment.
Finally, all of the staff I had contact with were very approachable and professional. I generally communicated in Spanish but I believe that the reception staff at least had English language skills. Overall, I consider that the hotel offered good value for money for the price I paid (c.£43 per night)
Room is quite big and comfortable. Good location in the city center. Breakfast is good. A few details to improve: this hotel does not provide free bottle of water in the room (only the first day), there is no coffee machine and they have no laundry/dry cleaning service. If they had more amenities it could be a 4 star hotel.

The hotel is located near the university, at the junction of the old city and the new city. The transportation is convenient, there is BRT, there is a cafe downstairs of the hotel, and there is an internet celebrity ice cream shop not far opposite.
The rooms have great views and modern facilities. The room is not big.
However, the environment around the hotel feels unsafe and there are many homeless people. There are many beggars. There was a beggar who followed me all the way to the coffee shop downstairs and asked me for money!
A hotel with a general appearance, but it feels good to me. First of all, the location is in the city center, very close to Bolivar Square. There are computers in the reception lobby for guests to use, free drinks, coffee, candy, etc. Although there are not many types of breakfast buffet, but the quality is very good, included in the room price, great value. The top terrace is also a free 24-hour coffee bar, and you can enjoy the view from all sides. The rooms are small, well-equipped with all kinds of internal organs, including refrigerators and safes. The ”Handsome Pot” at the front desk has a very good service attitude and helped to print boarding passes.
The location of the hotel is very good, in the old city, 20 minutes walk to the main attractions. The room is very hygienic. The service at the front desk is very good. The breakfast is relatively simple, but it tastes good.
Centrally located in Bogotá, Oceania is 2 blocks away from two different bus stations. It offers a terrace with a panoramic city view.
Guest rooms are equipped with private bathroom, flat-screen TV and a mini-bar.
The hotel offers 24-Hour front desk and laundry services. Free public internet access is also available.
Hotel Oceania is less than a mile away from the Planetarium, the Modern Art Museum and the National Museum. It is a 20-minute drive from El Dorado International Airport.

GGuest UserI love the location! The apartment is beautiful and the building is very new.
Just a short walk downhill to all the beautiful spots in the heart of Bogotá !
GGuest UserThe apartment is located in the heart of the historical center of Bogota, on the 4th floor with lift, and is spacious with a large flat-screen TV, a good Wi-Fi connection and a code lock. The kitchen is modern as well as the bathroom and the room. The only negative point is that I did not find the dryer and the rental agency (8th floor) told me they were going down to me immediately but after more than an hour he never did.
SSongmoThe room was very good and very clean. The room had 3 bunk beds. Each bed had a privacy curtain. There were lights and sockets. It was very convenient. There were 6 lockers. There were hooks on the wall. There was a bathroom. Two separate, the shower water was hot and big, very comfortable. The front desk staff was very good, warm and provided a lot of help, such as information such as car purchase bus tickets, the hotel provides free coffee and hot water, breakfast can be ordered separately, 20-25 Colombia Sol. Very nice hotel.
GGuest UserGreat location near Plaza Bolivar where most attractions are located. It’s around the corner from Gold and Emerald Museum. It’s a mixed use facility for residents and hotel.
Overall a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.
CChrisMurphyA wonderful place to stay. 15 minutes taxi ride for the downtown area (staff will arrange a ride for you). The restaurant is first class, delicious and fresh ingredients. They also provide a few nice extras with your meal free of change. The rooms are clean and the bed is extraordinarily comfortable. But the best thing is the staff. warm and friendly and happy to help with any aspect of being in Habana. I can not recommend this place highly enough.
Qqgd99Hotel location is very good, only about 1 km walk to various attractions. The facilities are in good condition and the breakfast is plentiful. The service is intimate, the documents are printed free of charge, and the car service is fair and fair. Hotel prices are also very close to the people. Recommended to Bogota.
GGuest UserIt’s truly a fabulous hotel especially considering the price and centrally located in the Centro of Bogota. You are within 1/2 a mile from Monserrat teleférico and approximately 5 blocks from Plaza Bolivar where all the Museum are located.
