"We were in the Bonaca complex, I woke up in the morning and ants were walking all over me. The bed was full of ants and they were in my hair. I looked at my son who was sleeping and ants were walking all over him. I went to the reception angry and furious and said what the problem was, to which they told me that someone would come and spray. I barely managed to get a transfer to another room. In the end, when I asked for a refund for part of our ruined holiday, which was not a small payment, they offered us a refund of 58 euros. Shame on such a hotel complex, and a family-run one at that, for not solving a very big problem."

"أقمت في هذا الفندق لمدة أسبوع ، وبشكل عام ، أود أن أقول أن التجربة لم تطابق ما كنت أتوقعه من فندق 5-star . يقع الفندق بجوار المدارس ، لذا فإنه يوجد ضوضاء حركة مستمر طوال اليوم والليل. الفندق مناسب للسعر ويمكن أن يتجاوز توقعاتنا. يقع الفندق في وسط المدينة. الغرف نفسها شعرت أساسي تماما ويفتقر إلى الدفء أو سحر التصميم الداخلي. لم يكن هناك منطقة للجلوس أو الأريكة مريحة، وكان التلفزيون صغيرا ومواقف بعيدة جدا عن السرير، مما جعل استخدامه أقل متعة. كان لدينا غرفة كبيرة مع حوض استحمام. الإفطار كان جيدا، وتقدم لنا وجبة الإفطار فقط. الموظفين ودية. يحتوي الفندق على حمام سباحة، والذي سمح لنا بالاسترخاء بعد الرحلات. كان اختياري للفندق بسبب الموقع أولًا ثم السعر والمستوى. فهو في وسط منهاتن حيث جميع ما يحتاجه الزائر أو السائح. بالإضافة إلى ذلك كان اختياري في غرفة نوم مع منطقة جلوس صغيرة نسبيا. كما أن خيارات الإفطار كانت محدودة للغاية حيث كان منوعًا قليلًا من يوم إلى آخر. يقدم المطبخ بشكل رئيسي أطباق من البيض، وكنت أتوقع اختيارًا أوسع لفنادق هذه الفئة. جربت أيضا الطعام المقدم في منطقة اللوبي، لكن الجودة كانت مخيبة للآمال وطعمها أكثر مثل الطعام المقدم بدلا من الوجبات الطازجة. كانت الإقامة مقبولة بشكل عام ولكن هناك عدة مناطق حيث يمكن للفندق تحسينها بشكل أفضل تعكس تجربة صحيحة5-star"

"مريح جداً يقع في المنتصف بين الشاطئ الذهبي زاوية و الشلال مع المطاعم. يوجد مسبح صغير و منطقة خارجية على المسبح. إفطار جيد. غرفة واحدة مريحة جداً ، ولكن لا توجد مقابس كافية على السرير و الشامبو و الشاور. الشرفة الصغيرة الجميلة، وحتى كأس النبيذ، لكني علمت ذلك في وقت متأخر، لذلك لم أستطع شرب النبيذ على الشرفة. لذا سأعود. مدينة بول اللطيفة جداً، لم أرد الذهاب."
