Checked in for a quick night during a road trip stop and honestly wish I had chosen to stay elsewhere. At 11pm was given a room that had a terrible stench and mold ALL over. The room was filthy and I don’t think I will ever stay at another double tree again after this experience. Could have afforded a much nicer hotel just chose to stay here for convenience as it was the first selection on my chase reserve app. Informed front desk about the room and they quickly offered a new one but the damage was already done. Moving our bags and kids was another hassle and could have been avoided if the front desk staff didn’t give us a moldy disgusting room to begin with. See photos for evidence.

We had a great time, the motel, was very Accommodating. The only thing that I Saw wrong, was When I asked for my trash to be picked up and fresh towels I never got my trash picked up they never came in the room to get my trash I did not expect them to remake the beds but at least pick up the trash because I did ask that and I finally got fresh towels about five or 6 o’clock the day of when I asked for towels early on Saturday morning, and I want to come earlier so that I could take a shower but we stayed the whole weekend and we had a great time. I wish the rooms were a little bit bigger but it was still nice thank you Doubletree by Hilton for our stay!

The only issues ahead with my stay was that there was not really much hot water it was lukewarm and the bed is very small I'm surprised they have beds at small the breakfast looked amazing but I had to get out of the room before I could actually enjoy it I'll be coming back again and highly recommend this property it has kind of a European funky dress to it and it works well for this property the price is fair staff is great

Checked in around 4:15 to find two forks laying in the hallway outside my door. Went into the room and everything appeared fairly clean, except some kind of white stain on one of the bed skirts. Went out at 5 p.m. and told the gentleman who checked me in about the forks on the floor. He and another gentleman he was talking to both apologized and said they would take care of it, asking me what room I was in. I also told him that the elevator floor was absolutely filthy. Returned at 9:15 p.m. to find the forks still on the floor-- and elevator floor still dirty as well. Checking out at 8:30 the next morning, yep! Forks are still on the floor in the hallway. Told the gentleman at the desk as I was checking out how dissatisfied I was and some other things that I had noticed just not up to par on a cleanliness level. He apologized, but did not really make any move to credit to my stay or anything else-- jyst gave me extra points! I have stayed at this hotel at least five times in the last 2 years for business, and have never seen it like this.

I had a 70th Birthday Party for my boyfriend this past Saturday. The hotel and banquet staff were amazing. They were helpful and accommodating. Jeanette in the cafe and Elliott at the front desk were the best. I highly recommend this place. Jennifer Bondi and Jennifer Gardner made my event extra special. The entire staff at this hotel did an amazing job.
