Nice Place
Location of the unit is great, close to beach and restaurants.However it really could use a deep clean. Windows are dirty and inside and out, back porch screens are very dirty, and back porch seat cushions for chairs are filthy, they should be replaced.

Excellent experience. Great communication, nice clean location, easy parking, quiet safe neighborhood, 1 minute drive to the beach. Overall, I give it a top rating.
Small nitpicks, could have used a few more items of kitchenware, but no big deal.

Bonita on the canal
The property was everything we could have asked for. The location was so close to the beach. It was so much nicer then a hotel. Are was quiet at night and a great neighborhood. We will always try and book with the same people every time we come back. Loved it!

The blue crab
What I liked: no stairs to enter the unit, convenient location, easy entry, looks like a brand new remodel with all new furniture, very clean, quick communication with owner, good internet and televisions, very comfortable mattresses.
Could be improved; the pathway to the deck overlooking the canal. I would book again here.

Great stay, great location!
We booked this property for it's great location being so close to the beach. We were very happy with the cleanliness of the property inside and out. The inside is updated with great finishes and was kid friendly. There's a nice dock to sit at on the canal and enjoy the sunsets. Local restaurants had great food and local bars had great atmosphere. We Recommend this place to anyone looking to take their family for a fun, easy paced beach vacation.
