Capelongue, a Beaumier Hotel & Spa

酒店風景宜人，景色優美，在這裏的幾天身心都得到了很好的放鬆。設施也還蠻新的，服務也很滿意，推薦大家來住。

The rooms and experience are not close to 5 star quality. Our rooms were tiny and had little natural light. They were run down and a bit dirty with insects. The staff closed the window shutters at night making our rooms even darker. The property is fairly large and our rooms were the furthest from everything. The pathways are really dusty so the walks to and from in the heat were unpleasant. There is little thought into the guest experience. This property is expensive and not worth the money.

I recently attended the Capelongue Spa as a surprise for my fiancée following our engagement in Provence. As soon as we arrived, we received a warm welcome from the spa staff and were provided a complimentary glass of fruit tea before the treatment process was explained. In the weeks prior, I had contacted the hotel via email requesting that flowers were arranged as an additional surprise for my fiancée. All communications with the hotel staff were polite, quick and simple. As requested, the flowers were presented in the treatment room which was very well received. The facilities within the hotel were outstanding. The treatment was superb and their staff went above and beyond to make the experience as special as I hoped it would be. The experience is one that we will not forget and one that we will look to relive on our next trip back to Provence. Thank you

Prachtig hotel in een prachtige omgeving. De kamer was heerlijk met een fantastisch bed en badkamer. Het enige wat iets beter kon was de service.

This was the best place my wife and I have ever stayed. We came for our honeymoon, and everything was unbelievable. The grounds are beautiful, the meals are delicious, the offered activities are so fun, and the staff is helpful and kind. The employees at Capelongue go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. The rooms are wonderful, as well - great amenities, plenty of room (my wife and I stayed for a week and never felt cramped), and cozy. We cannot recommend Capelongue enough and are already looking forward to the next time we return.
