Hotel is new and still working out the kinks. Hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly but this hotel does not accommodate folks who need technology for work. There is no business center and to print a single page is an ordeal. The time from submitting a document thru a QR code for printing and actually getting a hard copy is measured in the "hours". The lobby is very "uninviting" for relaxation as the tv is always in screensaver mode vs local tv stations or events.

This is a brand new hotel. The room was great. Front desk was attentive. We didn’t eat breakfast so I can’t comment on that. You can only turn right when leaving the hotel and sometimes have to make a U-turn when returning because of the median, but it’s still a good location. I would stay here again if coming back to Boone.

Breakfast, gym, staff are excellent. On the bad side the walls are paper thin so you can hear drawers, microwave doors being shut and the muffled sound of your neighbors talking or little kids running around the room. If you are in a room with someone above you the floors are non carpet so you will hear persona walking. All the outlets are gfi with annoying green lights so if you like a dark room then between the gfi lights, window shades with brightness coming out the sides, and entrance door hallway light, you better bring a eye cover to sleep with. Location is close to the main ***** which is nice.
