This second floor condo has a full size kitchen, private deck off master BR, ceiling fans, air conditioning, TV/cable, and washer/dryer. Entry is by keyless entry key pad on the door. Great location to stay for ASU functions or you could explore some of the many activities that Boone and the surrounding area has to offer such as snow tubing, skiing, zip lining, golfing, fishing and hiking. This was a great little place to stay and relax as we were visiting App State for my son. Having a kitchen to cook a meal in and two bedrooms to have our own space was critical. Beds were comfy. Living area allowed us to watch some games together too.

Clean and beautifully decorated, beds were comfortable, and the apartment was well stocked with everything needed - towels, dishes, extra blankets, etc. Very quiet area yet only a four minute drive to restaurants. We even saw a few deer in the surrounding greenery. Will definitely be returning!

Perfect for App’s graduation Close to town, an easy drive to graduation and festivities. It was a busy 2 days, and we appreciated the comfy beds.The condo had everything that we needed.

A diamond in the rough This quaint townhouse was perfect for a stay in Boone. Close to town, clean, comfortable. And plenty of parking which is hard to find in the Boonetown.
