Premier Inn Liverpool North

As a budget hotel with an okay standard it was fine but now the service levels have gone down including hygiene standards. Dont bother booking out of connivence you will be disappointed,

Great value for money comfy beds slightly dated but still lovely and the staff are friendly and helpful! I come Liverpool quite a bit and will def return here! Cheap and cheerful and comfy and perfect for a base to lay your head. Breakfast is great value at the Beefeater, smaller than other ones ive been to but still plenty of choice maybe need couple more coffee machines to save the queue.

Lauren and Diana were fantastic on the reception couldn't ask more from them! Thanks for a great family trip see you again the next time we up here. Breakfast was great value with the kids eating free. Also having a Starbucks near by is always a plus

Hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and if you need anything they are more than happy to help ! Would recommend To anyone staying near Liverpool - good location. Located near the motorway and to local shops. Didn’t try the restaurant as had plans elsewhere.

We've stayed here many times while visiting family in the area, felt this has gone downhill, although usually comfy bed, felt room was a bit tired and when asked to have our room cleaned was told will only change towels and empty bins, which was inconvenient at 1.30 in the afternoon as we were getting changed to attend a funeral, so did the job myself. Staff were very friendly but was unhappy to be told when we arrived 40 minutes before our 3pm check in we would be charged £15.00 if we wanted to have our room, even though it was ready, wasn't the staffs fault but company policy, we refused to pay and went in the bar next door to wait until 3pm after just driving a 300 mile journey, will not be staying here again on our trips to Liverpool, had breakfast on our last morning only, and poor quality sausage and rubber eggs

We were disappointed to find that Premier inn no longer services the room. The result in a lack of regular vacuuming of the carpet is a carpet that no longer looks particularly clean. The skirting in the bathroom needs attention as the paint was peeling and looking tired. Having to collect everyday items from reception, loo roll etc. is not what we expected. Premier Inn seems to have forgotten their prime reason to exist. Namely, the provision of a high qulity room at a reasoanble cost. From here we travelled to a fully serviced hotel for a few nights and found that the small difference in price was rewarded by an excellent standard. We will use the higher quality Hotel in future.
