Excelent resort. The resort is offering breathtaking views, pristine private beaches, and an atmosphere of pure tranquility. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our villa was luxurious, spacious, and impeccably clean The food was exceptional across all the restaurants. We particularly loved the seafood at the Sirena Restaurant. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve experienced, with a wide variety of international and local options. Shangri-La Boracay is the perfect destination for a relaxing escape.

Life-time experience and splendid service living up to the standards of Shangri-la brand. Booked a premier room with see view - very spacious and clean room and great activities within hotel. Food was amazing in most restaurants inside the property. No need to go anywhere if you check in into this property.

Amazing Facilities and great buffet! Only feedback would be more smiles from staffs. We’ve been to other less expensive 5 star hotels in other Asian countries and their hospitality felt warmer

Best hotel we've ever been, there is literally nothing I could find to complain. From transfer from/to the airport, services, cleanness, food, pool, activities and so on ... there is nothing that was overlooked. Yes, it is expensive, however you are getting so much for your money that you won't feel cheated. It's one of those rare cases when the photos are less spectacular than reality.

入住後飯店人員會邀請加入飯店官方whatsapp，有需要協助都可以在上面聯絡工作人員，但每次都回覆的很慢，甚至又答非所問，蠻困擾的。另外入住villa另外配的專屬管家也同樣讓人覺得有點雞肋…需要的幫助都不能即時滿足，比如最基本的buggy，少說也要15分鐘後才會出現在門口😓。另外這次因為有升等需求，前台人員承諾好了要升等的villa房可以show room的時間卻大延遲，最後還是自己再跑去櫃檯問，真的感受不佳。不過這也是來旅遊後發現的事，也許這就是菲律賓人的辦事效率吧，去銀行換錢、餐廳送餐等等的都是偏慢。 除此之外，接送機服務、私人海灘、館內泳池、遊樂設施、房客專屬活動等等的都很棒！大推Cielo餐廳！

멋진 전망, 아름다운 수영장과 비치, 훌륭한 인테리어를 지닌 호텔입니다. 레스토랑 세곳 모두 뷰가 좋으면서도 음식이 맛있었습니다.

衞生整理，環境一流，服務1流，有來回機場接送服務，獨立的沙灘，視野開闊，私密性好，日落🌄時分絕美，

어머니환갑여행으로 일정이 빠듯하게 다녀오긴햇지만 서비스나 모든 것들이 고급스러웠던 하루를 보냈어요 프라이빗 비치도 수영장도 음식도 최고급이었어요 룸컨디션도 생일케익준비까지 너무도 완벽햇어요 이메일 소통도 빠르고 예약 프로그램들도 다 시간맞게 딱딱이뤄지고 파워제이는 너무너무 만족스러웠습니다!!

역시 비싼값어치 합니다 일박한게 아쉽긴 하지만 경치니 뭐니 너무 다 좋았습니다.
