1日目、二日目と対応してくださったフロントの方は、私のつたない英語にも対応してくださいました。ありがとうございます。 お部屋は、浴槽にお湯を貯めると外に漏れました。 また、仕方ないかもしれませんが周囲の部屋の足音やドアを閉める音、話し声がよく聞こえました。 お値段を考えると、妥当かなと思います。

Good job. Great staff. I’d go there anytime. Delicious food provided. Easy to change the dates. Communication is far too easy.

We are usually very happy with Premier Inn, in fact it is the hotel of choice when we are looking to book a night or weekend away but the experience in this particular hotel was poor. No toilet paper when we arrived, so we had to go down to reception to get some, only one towel was found when we went to shower (even though the booking was for two people) this resulted in another trip to reception and delayed our evening, as the person leaving the room had to take the key card with them to get back in, so the person left in the room was unable to start getting ready as the lights all went off. The following morning we decided to have breakfast and there was a note on the door that it was unavailable except for those who had prepaid. Overall we are extremely disappointed.

Nice hotel, comfy, good location, room clean great size, food was great and the service was exceptional, have to give a mention to Blaise he was amazing!

I have not yet slept the night, however I am extremely impressed with the quality of food and the service. I am also very impressed with the hospitality and kindness of Blaise, who was not only very friendly and was a lovely person to talk to, but also did a superb job.

First week of my stay the room was smelling terrible and one of the staff members Blaise ensured to help me move my things and complete my move to another room after coordinating with his team members. My stay has been excellent with the outstanding service provided by Blaise! Continuously ensuring my stay has been comfortable and safe, the service at the bar from this staff member is phenomenal. If you ever stay ensure to ask for blaise he will definitely make your stay truly welcoming. Thank you for all your help your are amazing🤗
