Boscastle House offers stylish genteel accommodation, in a quiet and timelessly elegant house, set above Boscastle. The spaces and appointments are luxurious, yet classic. The atmosphere slow and sophisticated. Breakfast is made to order with good quality ingredients, fresh and tasty. Hosts were attentive and discreet.

This is a beautiful B and B with outstanding facilities and a wonderful breakfast. The house is perfectly situated at the top of Boscastle and is a good base for the south West coast path. Dawn and Gavin are very good hosts. Very easy going and we were made to feel very welcome.

We have just returned from a perfect b&b in Boscastle. This establishment is in a great position with lovely gardens and stunning views. The warm reception from the host's was a nice start to our holiday, where nothing was too much trouble and great advice given on local places to visit. The house was exceptionally clean with a home from home atmosphere and rooms equal to some 5* establishments with comfy beds and amenities. I can honestly say, the breakfast was of a very high standard and very tasty with lots of choice! This was a memorable stay, which is all you wish for when on holiday and can highly recommend, if in this part of Cornwall. Well done to Dawn and Gavin.

The whole package is consistent throughout. From the well kept gardens and house, the well decorated reception areas and the genuinely warm reception though into the quality and romance of the rooms. Gavin and Dawn show a thoughtful attention to detail I have not experienced in a B&B. Oh - and the breakfast is the cherry on the cake. I will definitely be back, probably in the Autumn when the seasons are changing.

Boscastle house Hosts were welcoming and friendly. Breakfasts were restaurant standard! Amazing. Rooms clean and comfortable. Roll too bath luxurious! Location great.

Totally amazing This place was wonderful in all aspects, spotlessly clean, attention to detail was spot on, comfortable beds and wow breakfast was like eating in a top hotel in London, nothing to fault, as for the hosts , warm, friendly and without doubt top class

We have had the most amazing little break at this Gem of a place. Everything was first class and would thoroughly recommend a stay here. We must mention the breakfast, this is English food at its best, sensational to be honest. Thank You Dawn & Gavin

Everything was perfect, above expectations. Thanks to the forms to fill the day before, we had à la carte three course breakfasts, and they indulged my request for a oat café au lait/latte. The only things that didn't work were the claw baths, too bubbly to leave, and the beds, too large and fluffy to extricate ourselves from, so 2 nights left us wanting more of Boscastle House.

Boscastle House could not have been better! Great location. Beautiful room and grounds. And the breakfast! Gourmet all around! Dawn and Gavin are the kindest hosts. The roads around the Cornwall coast are daunting if not fun. Don’t rely totally on GPS Navigation/Sat directions.

Boscastle House is the best B&B or hotel stay we enjoyed during a month’s tour around the UK this summer. Rooms are extremely comfortable, beds excellent and roomy, and bathrooms are sparkling and modern. There are lots of individual touches. Breakfast is also wonderful: cooked to order from a Google Menu posted the day before, with several options (classic breakfast, omelettes or a special of the day). Lovely setting with a gorgeous garden. On site parking. Only four rooms, so I recommend booking in advance.

Ein perfekter Ort für ein paar Tage Entspannung vom stressigen Alltag! Hervorragendes Frühstück, das bereits am Vorabend per Mail bestellt wird - incl. bevorzugter Frühstückszeit; nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber; sehr schönes Zimmer mit herrlichem Ausblick; sehr bequeme Betten und ausreichend großes Bad mit Dusche; Haus, Garten, Zimmer, Stellplatz... einfach alles sauber und ordentlich; Wer sich beim Planen der Reise nicht sicher ist, ob es in dieser Unterkunft ein Tag weniger oder mehr sein sollte, dem empfehlen wir auf jeden Fall die 1-2 Tage zusätzlich - man will gar nicht wieder gehen, weil einfach alles passt!

What a wonderful place to stay. A great location for exploring the area. Such a warm welcome from both Dawn and Gavin. Amazing breakfasts, luxurious room, most attentive hosts. We felt totally spoilt the whole time. I've never given such a high recommendation as this so deserves!

What can I say! Beautiful BB, rooms, large and airy, bed was like sleeping on a mash mellow!, sofa area overlooking fantastic views of the rolling countryside. Attention to detail goes over and beyond. spotlessly clean everywhere. Gardens immaculate. The breakfast was superb in all ways, everyday you was sent your menu via email and everyday it had specials on, the quality and presentation was like a top 5* hotel in London, even the bread was different everyday! The ingredients were all local produce and cooked to a very high standard. The hosts, Dawn and Gavin was very friendly and helpful with advise about the local area, we always like to try different places to stay, but when you know you have found something so perfect, why would you look any further !! We definitely will be back. Thank you both for our wonderful stay.
