Remodeled Spacious Apartment in Perfect Location

We loved this apartment mainly because of its location . It is less than a 5 min walk to harvard avenue T station which gets you into the heart of Boston in 30 minutes.The accomodation has all the modern amenities you require. It was clean and had plenty of fresh linen and towels for your stay. The neighbourhood was quiet but had plenty of shops and bars within walking distance.Would recommend as a base for exploring Boston.

Great location. We took the T to Fenway and bus to Cambridge. Parked at BU garage. Apartment was perfect for our needs.

Reedsdale Apt. is in a killer location. Close to T stop (Green B Line). Allston is a great area to start exploring Boston. Train ride to North End, Faneuil Hall Market, Fenway, Cambridge, Brookline and also, near 95 and the Mass Pike.The apartment has been updated with new appliances and clean and tidy. Three bedrooms offered our family a room each kid and my wife & I.A couple of AC wall units kept us comfortable in high 80s summer heat.TV & WiFi. We enjoyed our time.Our host, Fanny, was very attentive to the few times we reached out for assistance. She cares for her guests.Please come to Boston!

Perfect place for our family of 6 while visiting Boston. Close to the green line, restaurants and quiet. The host was extremely informative and made sure we were taken care of. The only thing I wish they had were black wash clothes. Went out to buy make up wipes to make sure I didn’t stain the towels.

I recently stayed at this apartment and had a comfortable experience overall. The apartment itself was clean, well-kept, and matched the listing description. It was conveniently located near the train, which made commuting easy. Fanny was a fantastic host—very responsive and helpful throughout my stay.That said, there are a few things worth mentioning for future guests. The apartment is located in an area that may not be ideal for everyone. I’d recommend looking up the neighborhood beforehand to ensure it aligns with your comfort level and expectations. Additionally, the building’s common areas were in poor condition—the central lobby had a persistent foul odor, damaged mailboxes, and visible wear on the walls. I often found myself rushing through just to get past the smell.Once inside, however, the apartment provided a clean, safe, and relaxing space. With some improvements to the shared areas and more transparency about the neighborhood, this could be an even better stay.

10 / 10 stay in Boston it was the perfect spot close to the MTA to get around and explore Boston. House was as advertised and fully stocked to make our stay comfy and convenient. highly recommend.

Great property - short subway to all Great communication, remodeled updated apartment - had a great time

Immaculate apartment in great location We made a brief trip to visit BU and chose this place because it is about 20 minute walk to campus. The immediate area (west of BU) has a ton of excellent restaurants within 5 minute walk. Alot of Asian choices (3 hotpot type alone), a couple Italian (Carlo’s Cocino was amazing), and a couple pub types. Neighborhood felt safe and we walked everywhere-even to Museum of Fine Art (about 50 minutes). Apartment, which is nicely updated, has all the charm of old building without any of the grime. Immaculately clean with very comfy beds and all the basics you need in kitchen. Owner is very attentive. This location is also only 15-20 from airport.

Weekend stay Our family stayed at Fanny’s apartment while we were attending an event at the Track at New Balance. It was perfect for us, since the apartment was only a couple minutes away. Communication was great, and Fanny made check in/out simple. The apartment was obviously recently renovated, and very clean. The common entry way could get a little noisy at times, but nothing that couldn’t be tolerated, and it was expected with multiple apartments being right there. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, and Fanny was a great host. We would definitely return.
