Hotel Cosy

Fuyez Odeur nauséabonde dans la chambre et les parties communes, pas de télévision (sous prétexte d'une panne d'électricité dans la journée) mais qui selon d'autres avis datent de plusieurs jours/mois. Couche de poussière, toile d'araignée, moucherons dans la chambre.Plusieurs insectes morts sur les murs et tables, odeur de moisie dans les verres à eau, escargot sur le mur. Juste 3 petites pochettes échantillons pour se doucher, avec une salle de bain glaciale le chauffage ne fonctionne pas. Le mobilier est usé ,troué et sale. Il y a des chats qui se baladent dans l'hôtel. La vaisselle du petit déjeuner est sale ,sans personne pour vous accueillir. Aucune personne à l'accueil pour notre départ.

Pas de produits de toilette - Baignoire annoncée sur les photos du site mais à l’arrivée, douche avec cheveux de la cliente précédente - Tv en panne - personne à l’accueil après 20h - Crêpes, croissants, salade de fruits annoncés sur le site mais rien de tout cela sur place - Personne au petit-déjeuner - Personne à l’accueil pour le Check-out. Point positif : accueil chaleur à l’arrivée - Belle vue.

1 Chambre avec toiles d'araignée, poussière et moisissure. Volet sur 1 des 2 fenetre...ne fo.ctionne pas. Personne présent pour le petit déjeuner, pour reprendre les clés, pas de facture donnée... 130 euros on arrive affiché 85... plus jamais on y retournera.

week end en couple décus wiffi ne fonctionne pas la télévision non plusl nous nous attendions à mieux le petit dej était correcte la chambre propre nous entendions bcp les qlq clients pette fenettre sans vue l'accueil à été correcte dommage mais nous y reviendrons pas

Bij het naar toe rijden 2 x bericht gekregen dat visakaart werd geweigerd..wij vonden dat heel verdacht...bij aankomst hotel wel wat voor 15u..niemand aanwezig...telefonisch waren ze niet bereikbaar.... hotel ziet er verloederd uit! Volgens toeristische dienst van Bouillon is het hotel niet meer open! Zij ook geprobeerd hotel te bereiken! Niks! Weekend was om zeep! Om 17u belt de eigenaar waar we zijn??? Volgens hem enkel open om 15u??? Welk hotel heeft geen receptie en is niet open gans de dag?.... 5 min later werd geld gereserveerd op visa!! Wij hadden zeker geen zin meer om daar te verblijven...het vertrouwen is compleet weg! Wij laten dit nie zo !

We had booked a deluxe double room for a one night stay on 26th December 2023 via *********** and paid for the room via bank transfer on 15th December. On arrival no-one was around and no bell or other means to attract someone's attention was available and we had to wait several minutes for someone to turn up. First issue with this hotel - We were given our key to our room which turned out not to be a deluxe double room but a twin. Later that evening whilst visiting family we received a message through Booking and also an email stating that an attempt to take payment from our card had been attempted but had been declined - card invalid. I contacted the hotel by phone and was told it must have been a mistake and to ignore it. On returning that evening, still no-one around to speak to. I then later still that evening received a further email stating that our booking has been cancelled whilst we were actually still in the room! Given the late hour I thought no more of it and decided to speak in the morning to the hotel staff. However, as on the previous day there was no sign of any staff so was unable to do so. So we had breakfast (breakfast was fine although the coffee was cold having already been poured into pottery coffee pots and left on hot plates) left the key on the counter and left, intending to review our stay on our return. However as the hotel had cancelled our stay we were unable to do so. Indeed initially the hotel showed up on *********** as no longer taking bookings through the site! On our return home, it appeared that Cosy Hotel had just newly joined Booking .com! Eventually speaking to someone at *********** it seems this cancelling of the stay is a way to avoid having a review! We still have not been able to get an answer from the hotel as to why we were not given the room paid and booked for. Very unsatisfactory.
