Oh and of course fresh flowers. Downtown Boulder just steps away............ The windows are updated historic and open to a private lawn area. The bedroom adjoins the living room (and the front porch) and has is king sized, four posted. - cotton sheets - extra comfortable comforters and blankets - bay window bedroom - a fully stocked kitchen - rich leather chair perfect for curling up with a good book. - the bedroom also opens to the front porch which is mostly private and has wicker chairs and a front swing for watching BOULDER go by. -close to trails, parks, coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and all Boulder has to offer. I appreciate and cater to the discerning traveler who looks for convenience, style, clean abundant living, and the diversity this property offers. This property is among long time and full time residents. This is not meant to be a 'party property' so please make other plans if that is your intended use. This property is normally the owners primary residence. While there are some personal belongings you the guest are invited to make this property your home for your stay. If you are accustomed to hotel amenities, concierge and surroundings this is not for you. If you are open minded and enjoy finer things with someone else's personal flare you are looking at the right property. This is a fabulous location and a special and intersting property. FABULOUS property...immaculately clean and welcoming with a beautiful lawn and outdoor furniture to enjoy...Location couldnt have been better. Easy check-in with a very accessible owner. 20 stars, for sure!!!

Mapleton Hill Perfect size for a couple. Excellent location. Less than five minute walk to Pearl Street, the hub of all shops, bars, restaurants, and pedestrian activity.

Great Spot Downtown Boulder The wife and I stayed here 7/2-7/6 for the Phish shows at Folsom. The location is great! It is within walking distance to pretty much everything. The artwork in the house is very cool. We loved the showerhead. It was nice to have the outdoor hangout area. Stay here, the place is great.

Hiking, Dining, and Shopping We wouldn't hesitate to stay in this property again. It was very comfortable despite the cool weather. Parking was easy and the location was perfect with downtown restaurants and stores just a block away.

Family visit and training This is a great place! Great location. Easy to get to everything. We were there to visit our daughter at Naropa, also we are training for a triathlon. University Cycles is right around the corner, we had good bikes to ride for the week. Great riding and cycling all around. Nice to be near the Boulder Creek path for easy access to runs and bike climbs.The apartment is very comfortable. It was nice to sit outside on the patio. Kitchen has everything you might need, good utensils and pans and knives. Also a good array of spices, olive oil, and coffee filters. You will love it!

Owner is responsive We have stayed at this property in 2022. On this current trip, we checked in , dropped our bags, and went out to dinner. At the end of dinner, we learned of a a friend's emergency and had to grab our bags and immediately head home. Rusty was kind enough to refund the cleaning fee, since we had not really used the space at all. Thank you!
