The daytime manager was awful. My room was located directly across from the reception desk. Check out is 11am at 1030, house keeping banged at the door. I told them I would be out at 11 I was just finishing a work call. All my bags were ready to go. 4 min later the front desk called, I told the young lady the same thing. Again at 10:45 the front desk called and I told them I would be out at the 11 check out time. They called two more times before 11, each time I needed to pause my conference call and answer the phone. This resulted in me leaving my room 2 min after 11. I was then told by the manager that they will be “gracious “ and not charge me the 45$ late check out fee. I couldn’t believe how awful they were. I waited 30 min the night before to check in because no one was working. I called the number and no one answered. I almost left when the front desk gentleman came down the hall. He was very polite and apologetic. It wasn’t until the morning that I couldn’t believe how awful the staff are. The building had 8 guest total the night before and they push you in it the door before your check out time. Even though I had clearly stated I would be out at 11 and was ready to go. I stay in a lot of hotels for work and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The company I work for hosts a week long conference and I was looking at this hotel as an option to host 157 guests and will not return or recommend them. I tried to reach out to the general manager with no reply.
