One has a double bed and the other has two twin beds.For your comfort, there are window and portable air conditioning units to keep you cool on warm days. And on colder days, the radiant hot water heating system controlled by Nest thermostats will keep you warm.The backyard is large and has a patio, a fire pit, and a grill, which are perfect for a family barbecue.You'll have access to Queen Sewell Pond and the beach, where you can relax and have fun with friends and family.Electric Avenue Beach and Boat Ramp are approximately 5-minute drive away and are popular for swimming, fishing, and boating.Before your arrival, the house will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to ensure your safety.To enhance the safety and security of the property, I've installed three BLINK FLOODLIGHT + CAMERA SYSTEM on the outside of the house. These cameras will provide you with peace of mind during your stay.If you're traveling with pets, there is an additional charge of $200 per stay to cover extra cleaning costs. We have a spacious backyard for your pet to play, and there are nearby parks for longer walks. Please remember to clean up after your pet to keep the space clean.
