"The hotel was ok, and the location was good but The water flow for taking a shower was incredibly low. It is almost impossible to take a shower. A terrible experience. Also, they charge £12 for the hotel parking lot and want you to leave it after your time is up even though there are no cars in the parking lot. I do not recommend it."

"I wasn’t happy with the cleanliness of the room at all; finding shoe prints on the pillow cover totally ruined my mood. A top tip for anyone staying here: pack your own pillowcases and duvets. To our disappointment, we didn’t get the sea-view room we had booked in advance — we had to pay extra for an upgrade, though the upgraded sea-view room did have a fantastic spot with nice views. However, the outdoor pool was left with rainwater pooling in it, and what’s more, the indoor swimming pool and the dining area were not even part of this hotel but the next one. I’d planned this Christmas trip specifically because I was attracted by the indoor pool in the hotel’s photos, so I’m not sure if these inconveniences were just a holiday-specific issue."

"Central location very close to the part, pier and beach, restaurants and cafes. The room s are smallish, We had a double bed to share with my son, was rather tight. Not much space around the bed either. But very clean, new and maintained very well. Would recommend for couples and business travellers . Families might want to find a bigger rooms or even self catering flats. Parking is extra. We used NCP across the road . It’s cheaper. We were charged to the card £1 upon check in. Very strange and not sure whether this would be refunded."

"Booked 2 nights, fantastic friendly front of house staff. Manager was welcoming and knowledgeable on local dry cleaning and local parking. Room was spacious and clean with a balcony upgrade overlooking the gardens and sea view. Briefly saw the in-house entertainment and was being enjoyed by the people there. We snuck off to the lounge for a couple of drinks and a few bar games and was comfortable and peaceful. Entertainment guide print out was a lovely touch. Only criticism would be no plugs by the bed for chargers but charging across the room was no problem and maybe a menu for dining in the room but nit picking tbh. Will be visiting again later in the year and will 100% look to book here again. I'd recommend"

"Room was clean, lovely bathroom and complimentary bath products. Had a problem with the rooms electric’s…on arrival the TV, lamp and bathroom lights wouldn’t switch on. Fuse box was checked by staff and electric came back on. Electric cut out again late evening when using the kettle. Night porter (who spoke little English) flicked switch on fuse box again and told me to put less water in kettle next time! Tried that but electric tripped again so asked to move room. He reluctantly did that but gave us a key! Overall a good stay just unfortunate situation with electric."
