If this rule is not abided by, there will be a $40 fee per unapproved visitor.-Fire/Smoke: It is a property rule that there are to be no fires, candles, smoking or burning of any kind in the property. Our cleaning company charges a $200 fee if there is any indication of any form of burning/smoke in the house.Fireplaces- All fireplaces are non-working and should not be used.-Excessive mess: If the property is left excessively dirty there will be a $100 fee for extra cleaning.-Late check-out fee: Late check-outs are allowed only if explicitly approved. If approved prior to arrival, you can check-out as late as 11:00 a.m. with no charge. There is a $25 charge per hour if we extend anytime beyond 11:00 a.m. and the latest we can let someone checkout is 1:00 p.m.-Guests must provide a working telephone number. If the telephone number does not work, then the reservation can be canceled without a refund.-We will always go above and beyond for you. That said, if you have a complaint about any aspect of the property (amenities, cleanliness, etc.) upon sharing the complaint with us or vrbo you are authorizing us to come into the property to fix it. (We will always attempt to call you before entering to fix the problem.)-Any house rules broken are grounds for immediate cancellation of reservation and departure from the property without refund.Note: For Security Deposits, VRBO collects these funds and returns them to you if the property is not damaged.
