The Koser House is perfect for tailgating at the University of Iowa Hawkeye Football games. The Koser House is an upscale tailgate home only 3 blocks from Kinnick Stadium and the University of Iowa Hospital. This Mid Century Modern Masterpiece has been updated for your upscale tailgate and or extended stay. It has 5 bedrooms with 6 beds. The beds are all King & Queen sizes. The Koser House can sleep as many as 12 if there are 2 people in each bed. We have 2 full bathrooms. 1 up staris for the 3 bedrooms up and 1 downstaris for the 2 bedrooms down.
