The top level of this home comes fully equipped with ample parking, outdoor space and plenty of room to lounge/entertain. We look forward to hosting you for a fabulous trip to our home away from home!The place is the top level of a two-family home with a separate private entrance and keyless entry. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with a daybed with two twin beds. There are also three couches in the very large living room, two of which are big enough for adults to sleep on. There is also an air mattress for additional guests. There are two bathrooms in the house, a full bath in the master bedroom and another full bath off of the hallway. A private deck sits off the back of the house with a great setup for lounging and awesome sunset views. Full kitchen and dining room open up to the living room. There's laundry dedicated to the unit and a shared yard with access to a grill. If interested, the entire house can be rented (if available) with a door we can unlock to connect the two units on the inside. The other unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom and can sleep 6 more (queen bed, two twins, and a queen sofa sleeper). There's also a full kitchen, additional laundry and a private patio dedicated to the bottom unit. Lots of space in this big home for whatever your needs may be! Grab an early morning coffee and enjoy the majestic views from the Cliff Walk or the Esplanade before heading to the beach! "At Last" has the charm of old New England with modern amenities and new furnishings! This house is delightful and charming with a private yard for grilling, entertaining, pets and kids. The yard is fenced in and has a sweet garden/privacy hedge surrounding it, making it perfect for those lazy summer days and nights. (there is also an outdoor shower, but not enclosed) Private and quiet location! Sip cocktails on the back deck which has seating for 8, while watching the kids play in the sweet, garden accented backyard. You will find both the king and queen bedrooms are on the second floor, with the bathroom located on the first. (please make note that the stairs are the steep ship stairs- aware with young children and older adults). The king-sized bedroom is large and sunlit and there is enough room to set up and air mattress if needed for kids or guests. You will find a smart TV also located in the king-sized bedroom. The queen size bedroom is charming and delightful with under the bed drawers and a large mirror. Both bedrooms have new mattresses (which we have received many compliments on) and furnishings. In the hallway between the two bedrooms there is a vanity makeup area and some extra space. You will find the cottage fully stocked with beach chairs, towels, gas grill, wine glasses, and two TV's with Fire stick remotes. (One TV in the large bedroom and the second is located in the living room). The sofa is a queen pull-out (please bring sheets if you plan to use) for an overnight guest or 2.
