Amenities include Nespresso machine, slow cooker, rice cooker, big sandwich press, hand blender, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, fire blanket and kettle plus all the cookware and tableware you could ever need.This home has a huge master bedroom with king bed, walk in robe, ensuite, 40 inch smart TV and reading chair, and side tables with 3 port charging cables.Bedroom 2 has a King bed, built in wardrobes, 40 inch smart TV, side tables with lamps and 3 port charging cables.Games room walls are adorned with 1×1m moon landing photos. The bath doubles as a water sports gear wash bay with drying room.Our garage has room for 2 cars and offers parking for 2 more cars in the driveway. There is also free street parking for cars and boats. EVs are welcome charge off the power point (please have vehicle outside while charging for safety).
