"The hot springs were fantastic, especially the private pool in the room – clear, warm, and incredibly relaxing. We arrived in the evening, and some of the public pools were a bit dirty, but there were hardly any people, so we basically had a pool to ourselves, which was very comfortable."

Only issue we had was that the corridor’s lights are almost never on and check in area was dark too when we checked in close to midnight. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at the hotel."

"I booked a homestay almost two weeks in advance. My husband and I spent a whole day choosing and finally decided on this one. At first, I was very satisfied: the service attitude was very good, and the girls in the store were very warm and generous; the environment was very beautiful, suitable for a few friends to sit in the yard and chat and rest at night; in addition, the breakfast was also very rich, and good night milk was provided. But there are two problems I have to complain about: 1. There is an open-air balcony in the pictures before booking, but there is actually no balcony; 2. Without prior notice, the second water change in the room pool will be charged 60 yuan separately. I can pay this money if I spend it, but you didn't tell me in advance, and you didn't tell me when I asked you to come over to change the water. It wasn't until check-out that you asked to charge an additional 60 yuan... Isn't it a bit inappropriate? Anyone can pay a few dozen dollars, but you have to tell me in advance. I didn't say much when I checked out and just paid and left. The more I thought about it, the angrier I got. The room environment didn't match the picture. There was no open-air balcony as promised. The free room upgrade service was not provided (of course, this is understandable since it was during the May Day holiday). There were value-added services but they were not informed in advance... This doesn't seem like a mistake that would happen in a 4.9-point homestay. I'm quite disappointed..."

"Had a great stay here! The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped with all the amenities I needed, and the service was very attentive. Definitely great value for money. The hygiene was top-notch, the staff were friendly, and it was super convenient for getting around."

"This is the most satisfying hotel I have ever stayed in. It is the first time I know that the small city of Anning is clean and exquisite. The hotel hardware is set to be excellent and extremely clean. The laundry service is the hotel staff to collect clothes, wash and dry before returning to the room. The gym is also very big, the gospel of fitness friends! ! The hotel has a very beautiful garden. Breakfast is next to the garden. Breakfast is delicious and varied. It is perfect for parents and children! Next time I will come to Anning to stay for a few more days."

"The location is a bit out of the way, on the edge of Anning District, right next to a main road. It might get a bit noisy at night, but the soundproofing of the windows is quite good, and the air conditioning works very well. The bed is wide. The corresponding hot springs and swimming pool are definite pros; the pool is outdoors, and even in August, it can be a bit chilly at first. Secondly, the breakfast is very ordinary. You can tell the hotel had grand plans and designs initially, but perhaps they weren't fully realized later on. The room size is also very large, and while the decor and facilities feel a bit dated, the room itself feels relatively new. Objectively, it's worth the price, but it definitely doesn't feel like great value for money."

"Overall, the hotel was great – a true all-in-one spot for dining, entertainment, and relaxation. It’s perfect for spending a few days unwinding. The facilities like the pool and gym were excellent. Everything you need is right here! Plus, the three meals a day offered by the hotel were quite tasty. On a different note, I needed to arrange dinner for my family and called twice in advance to book a restaurant. The front desk said the F&B department would contact me, but they never did, even after I checked out… a bit frustrating. When I checked in, the front desk told me our standard room was on the first floor. I acknowledged it, and then they repeated it, “first floor, okay?” I didn't quite understand why they emphasized it twice. It wasn’t until I got to the room that I realized the cafe’s outdoor terrace offers a direct view into the room. (The front desk could have just said that directly instead of being so vague; how would I know, being a first-time guest?) Three areas for improvement: 1. The non-slip mat in the shower was very dirty. 2. The coordination among the F&B staff needs to be better. 3. The front desk should be more direct. Repeating that the standard room was on the first floor in such a roundabout way completely confused me as a first-time visitor about what they were trying to convey!"

"Anning is truly a wonderful place! The climate is comfortable, the hotel environment is superb, the rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent. The front desk service is warm and attentive, check-in is quick and efficient, and the surrounding area is convenient for getting around. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and the price-performance ratio is excellent. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I travel!"

"I originally booked a king-size bed room with a view, but the lady at the front desk upgraded it to a suite when I arrived. The hotel is comfortable, clean and sanitary, and it feels great. The hot springs are very comfortable, and the whole environment is beautiful for taking photos. The water is very clean, and the steam room is very comfortable to lie in. It is very suitable for going there. After soaking, I stayed for one night, which was quite comfortable."

"Anning Hot Spring Conference Center is my absolute favorite hotel! My husband and I started coming here right after we got married, and back then it was pretty quiet. Fast forward to now, and our little one is four years old, and he loves it just as much as we do. The room is clean and comfy, and the private in-room hot spring tub is super spacious. There's plenty of room for me and my child to soak together, and he can even splash around freely. The hot spring water quality is excellent. The outdoor pools are also very well-maintained; staff take advantage of meal times when fewer guests are around to drain and scrub them clean, keeping them spotless. We've been returning regularly, from our two-person world to now a family of three, and the experience has always been consistently great. It's perfect for a family hot spring getaway, and our whole family absolutely adores it."
