Just read our reviews! The Main home features 3 bedrooms and can sleep 6, each bedroom has custom bathrooms with stand-up showers and beautiful granite counter tops. The home has a large open floor plan including large dining room/ living room and large laundry room. The custom kitchen Features everything you need to fix a meal for your friends and family. This home also Features a detached apartment that sleeps 2 with a queen bedroom/living room private full kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. Please note The apartment is raised and has a full set of stairs. Not recommended for people having trouble with stairs.We are nestled only 4 miles from the French Quarter. It is only a 10-15 minute cab, Uber or Lyft ride away. We are on a corner lot, right across the street from the best Poboy diner in town- Arabi Food Store. They have great breakfast and lunch specials.Old Historic Arabi Neighborhood is Safe & convenient. It is 3 miles (10 minutes) from the French Quarter in the safest neighborhood in the city. The house has 12 foot ceilings. There are 3 full baths. This house has all of the character of an old New Orleans home. I have Wifi, a complete kitchen and a large yard that has newly built pergola with a patio set. From the house, it is nice to watch cruise ships, river boats and other vessels traveling on the Mississippi River. Also, there is off street parking. This is the safest area in the city! Unlike New Orleans, we have plenty of police in Arabi and they do not tolerate any riff-raft coming here to commit crimes. Arabi is in St.Bernard Parish(county). My wife and I love New Orleans.
