We have strict rules against partying in our apartment and having guests that are unaccounted for when making the reservation. If there is any evidence of smoking in or around the apartment, illicit drug use, excessively loud noise after 10 PM, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation immediately without refund. They will notify me if there is any evidence of these activities occurring during your stay.
