A large private dock and a fire pit with sitting area offer a great place to hang-out and listen to the loons.The Seeley area is a quiet sports mecca for mountain bikers, fat bikers, XC skiers, snowshoers, hikers, paddlers, fisherman and other outdoor sports enthusiasts. The famous Birkebeiner ski trails and CAMBA mountain bike trails are only a couple of miles away from the cabin and offer world class terrain that is meticulously mapped and maintained. There is indoor storage for bikes, canoes and other sports equipment with both a garage and a barn on the property.Birkebeiner XC Ski TrailsThe 100+ kilometer Birkie trail system attracts skiers, runners, bikers, trekkers, and hikers, from beginners to elite athletes. There is typically xc skiing from December into March. Skiing on the Birkie trails requires a pass from December through March, use of the trail April through November does not require a pass.CAMBA Mountain Bike Trails and Winter Fat Bike TrailsThe CAMBA off-road mountain bike trail system consists of over 300 miles of marked and mapped trails. The CAMBA system has become recognized as the Singletrack Capital of the Midwest, with the most extensive system of interconnected singletrack east of the Mississippi. The Hayward area is home to many lakes, ranging in size from 30 to 17;000 acres, all within 40 minutes from the property.
