Enjoy the many amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, laundry-room, three - car private driveway, Wi-Fi, and beach equipment provided.The living room is quite spacious and offers a sectional sofa, a loveseat, a coffee table, and 65” LED smart television. There is also a small area, next to the double French door overlooking the backyard, furnished with a contemporary sofa, a mirror, and two bar-stools.The master suite has a king size bed, the master bath was just renovated, it has a shower, single sink vanity and a closet. The other bedrooms have queen size beds and all have LED smart TVs, bring your stick. Gorgeous furnishings throughout the house including a high rectangular dining room table that seats eight comfortably.All new updated lighting and porcelain tile throughout with marble appointments in the dining area and second bath. The totally fenced backyard has a heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi for 6, built-in and gas grill BBQs, plenty of palms and the house is PET FRIENDLY!!!!Extremely quiet neighborhood, close to everything!
