Soccer ball, 2 volleyball balls, Badminton. Chess, Dominos, and some games for kids. Firewood is available for sale on site (1st night supply is free)Public boat launch is 3 min drive to Paw Paw lake.Free coffee and teas provided, Keurig Coffee Machine with reusable cups, kettle. Frying pans, Pizza dish bowls, etc. Please use plastic glasses around pool (Wine, Whiskey Glasses, shots and Plastic glasses provided).Vacuum, brooms, garbage bags, silverware, serving tools, plastic storage bags, towels and oven mitts provided.There is no noise restrictions, karaoke or music is no problem at all inside or outside.In the island closest to the stove are the colanders, glassware, mixing bowls, glass baking elements etc.Water supply to house is well water. House has water softener and water filtration system, it is safe to use. Also there is filtered water for drinking / cooking at sink and fridge. Upon request guests can be provided with local Artesian well water. We have 5 actively recording cameras surrounding outside of the property which records video. There's also a smart home device by the front door entrance, this DOORBELL CAMERA is motion active and records video and voice decibel levels. All devices are on the exterior of the property. There are absolutely no cameras inside the house.Keyless entry and contactless check-in and check-out.High-speed internet.Smart Fire TVsHouse rules:By renting this property you are agreeing to the following terms:1. Occupancy is limited to a maximum of 11 persons. Must book for a total number of guests staying/ visiting the home. $100 per unauthorized guest per night. We don't allow more than 11 people on our premises.2. The primary renter has to be at least 25 years of age. No parties, weddings, or other events are allowed.3. There are 5 outside cameras around the house and a Ring video door camera. No cameras inside the house. Blocking or disconnecting cameras or Wi-Fi will lead to eviction and a $1000.00 fine.4. Renter and their guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger(fireworks), or inconvenience neighbors nor use premises for any unlawful purposes.5. We do not allow late checkout. There will be a charge of $25/15 min after 10 am.6. Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.7. No smoking or Vaping (of anything) inside the home. $500 fine if a home smells like smoke.Please no burning candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules.8. Maximum of 6 people in the hot tub at the time. Please rinse off body oils and lotions before entering the hot tub as the filter will be able to keep up. KIDS CAN NOT BE IN THE HOT TUB WITHOUT A ADULT SUPERVISION. Please close and secure the hot tub lid when not in use. There is scattered-proof glassware and cups if needed.9. Please keep patio umbrellas down when not in use and overnight.10. Please report any issues that occur right away.11. Please keep the thermostat HEAT setting at a maximum of 75 degrees and the minimum AC setting at 68 degrees.12.
