Best Box Hill Hotels

"There was a piece of wrapping paper in a small corner, and the rest of the hygiene was OK. What was unpleasant was that someone called the fire department on the first day of stay. It was 12:30 in the middle of the night and it was 1 degree outside. Everyone had to go downstairs, and two fire trucks came. The firefighters looked around and found no problem. Everyone went back to sleep. After about 20 minutes, the fire truck 🚒 drove away and turned back, and everyone went downstairs again. Some people were really impatient. Apart from this, everything else was OK. The transportation to the station is about 8 minutes walk, and there is a restaurant opposite that serves Xiaolongbao and Xiaowonton."

"I stay at the service apartment. Room is very large and spacious. It can house up to 7 persons comfortably. The balcony is so dusty that it cannot be used. The view is decently ok. Kitchen is basic with some pots and pans. The reception is manned 24 hours opposite the road the Best Western motel. Swimming pool, heated jacuzzi and steam rooms are at the motel side."

"The location is perfect. Lots of eateries and shops around. Great view. Room was clean and staff were amazing. Two of the window latches and the ice cube tray were broken. Otherwise it was great. By the way, I am still waiting for the pre-authorised deposit back. Read some reviews that can be difficult or take long to get that back, hopefully it will not be this case as I really wanna book this hotel again."

"Great service apartment. Well furnished, fully equipped kitchenette, comfortable bed. Lovely view from balcony. Very clean. Pool, jacuzzi and gym on roof deck is a bonus. Easy walk to Box Hill shops, restaurants and transport. Box Hill hospital 5mins walk away."

There is no hot water in the bath, and the air conditioner is noisy. There is no spare pillow in the room, the sofa collapses, just the TV can meet the requirements. Such a room should not be offered to customers. I only stayed for one night so I didn't pursue other things. I won't stay at this hotel again."

"We were allocated a room with queen bed on 2nd floor, old style look. Near main road n easy access to Highway. Though near main road but no traffic noise issue. Ample parking lots .Reception was friendly."
