Shova at the reception was absolutely lovely! Unfortunately the communication with the service centre was absolutely awful. Promised by a service centre manager that my booking was confirmed, payment had already been taken. Found out on arrival that I had to pay again. Luckily I had enough on my card to pay for two rooms again, if not I would have been left with 6 children in the middle of the night. He also promised that he would make a note on the system and liaise with the hotel. Neither of which were done. The hotel itself was ok. Very limited parking and no restaurant due to building works. No mattress protector on one bed and the other was really stained which was disgusting. All in all very dissapointed.

Hotel is centrally located within the town. Staff are very friendly and hospitable. Rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, easy parking facilities and access into the town centre. I always choose this hotel whilst in Bracknell offers great value for money

Wonderful reception staff, very helpful and obliging. always a lovely comfortable bed and room at Premier, amazing prices. Food was amazing. Staff at the restaurant couldn’t do enough to accommodate. Just what the doctor ordered after a hard day at Legoland

The reception staff are rude, the requirement to have to make a booking for dinner when you arrive, I didn't know I was staying at the Ivy!!!!! Don't bother going to the bar.....everything was off except Coors....... Do yourself a favour... Travelodge Bracknell Central is cheaper and considerably better.

As a single dad, driving home to the south west from France with my two year old daughter, I was in a real pinch. At around 10:15pm, she woke up screaming, in sudden and desperate need of the toilet… And, boy oh boy, I thought I’d hit the jackpot as the familiar purple sign of a Premier Inn came into view. A hotel of countless rooms, all with en-suites, surely they would have a toilet I could use in an emergency. Well, as I’m sure you’ve guessed, according to the receptionist; this hotel has not got a single toilet that my toddler was allowed to use! Now, let me give you a mental image so you can really understand quite how ridiculous this whole thing looked. I’m there, in my shorts and Disneyland tshirt, holding a barefoot toddler with unbrushed hair who is screaming that her belly hurts and she needs a wee, at 10:30pm on a Friday night, in an area that I don’t know. So I look at the receptionist and tell her that I’m just desperately trying to get home and just need to use any bathroom in the building so that my daughter is comfortable. The staff toilet, the adjoining pub toilet, Christ I’d have paid for a hotel room just to use the toilet at this point… but no, apparently there’s not a single toilet available. So I asked the next logical question, ‘Where nearby can I find a toilet that’s open at this hour?’… Well apparently this poor receptionist doesn’t know the answer to that either!!! To cut a long story short, I found a toilet in a local Cineworld who were more than accommodating to let a toddler use the toilet!!! So, if you are looking for somewhere to rest your head, I’m guessing they have beds at this particular Premier Inn… but I wouldn’t have any drinks post-dinner unless you have the bladder of a camel.

Standard Premier Inn. Outside is tired and needs a good tidy up. Staff really helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Pub attached didn’t open until 5pm which was a shame. Room was clean, bathroom was super clean. Would probably not pick again due to the location and hours of the pub as there are no other facilities in the premier inn itself (except for a vending machine), but great value for money.

Staying here while visiting Legoland for my daughter's birthday. The staff were all polite and very friendly and while having a meal in the restaurant Caroline was an absolute star and really went the extra mile, especially with my daughter which made the whole evening extra special
