"The service rendered by the hotel was excellent. We also enjoyed the facilities offered by the hotel such as sauna and swimming pool. We had no chance to experience the breakfast at your hotel, but surely will try it the next time we stay there. The receptionist was amazing and our check-in process was a smooth one. Good location and few walks only to go to the city center. In overall, our experience is beyond what we expected beforehand. Thank you Mantra!"

"One bedroom apartment with kitchenette was well serviced and ver clean. Crispy clean sheets, very quiet air-conditioning, clean mould-free bathroom, toilet and shower. Great facilities for eating in and walking distance to Canberra centre and eateries, while set in well established parkland area. EV charging on premises was so welcome as my car was almost empty on arrival. Definitely go back there if visiting Canberra again."

"The hotel is quite good. The parking was in increased to A$28 if not pre-booked but trip.com says only A$15 and no need to book. The hotel ended up waiving the first night parking when we asked and we parked on the street the next day. The hotel room is very big and the beds are quite firm and comfortable. The bathroom is a good size but would appreciate rubbish bags into the bins because it feels like I can't even put in banana peel because I don't want it to go to mush inside the bin and someone has to dig it out and wash the bin. There is an iron and ironing board in the room with safe, extra blanket and pillows. The only complaint for the room is probably the noisy air conditioning. Food at the bistro inside the hotel was pretty good for dinner and the buffet breakfast had a good variety but it is the same everyday."

"After studying in Canberra, I came back to travel and liked the hotel with a microwave oven with a refrigerator. The room is large, very clean and very convenient in the city."

"The room is quite big, the breakfast is terrible, the room is very clean, there is no free parking, and it costs 20$ a night to park in the underground garage. I parked on the street behind the hotel and could park for free until 8am the next day."

"This hotel is really good, with a great location, very close to Parliament Square, the National Gallery, the National Museum, and the Military Memorial. The parking lot is free, the accommodation environment is quiet, the room is clean and tidy, and the bed is very comfortable! A good choice!"

"It was very good and the location was perfect. The hotel has a complimentary minibar (including red wine white wine two types of beer, soda and both still and sparkling Italian water in glass bottles). There is also a gym, a pool and even a sauna. Simply amazing. Room is a bit on the smaller side but okay for price paid"

Spa n sauna was good Had iron n hair dryer Breakfast options can be better for the price.. Did not interact much with the staff.. so cannot comment.
