If you have over 9 people overnight (after 10pm) you will be required to vacate home and forfeit rental. Limit to 4 cars in driveway. Day guest could park at community center next door and are welcome with total limit of 13 people total during the day. SPECIAL NOTE: On an instant booking the reservation will be for 7 people in total but this home can accommodate 9 people. Message the host for more information.
